Wow... Burgers N More....What to say. I support and love local businesses, but what a horrible experience I had with this restaurant. I work very close to them and was without a vehicle so called for a delivery order. After waiting over an hour for my order (total coming to a little over $12), they arrived with my food. It was completely the wrong order. I ordered a burger and fries and received a chicken wrap with cheesy fries. I called them back to let them know but the gentleman on the phone simply said he was sorry. I was going to ask them if theyd be able to send me the correct order and I give them mine back, but the man hung up on me. I tried several times to call them back for them to not answer. Finally I called from my work phone and was able to talk to the man about the issue. He said he would bring me my order. Yay. I finally got my original order after waiting a while longer. I wouldnt have posted this review if they didnt charge me TWICE for the order they messed up on and then for the order they brought to me. ALSO - I found a hair in everything that I ordered. Not kidding. - Not ordering from here again.

Wish there was 1/2stars Id give it 2.5. The good 1st : food was hot & fresh, had good flavor,& Fast delivery (i live about 3miles from them if that). The negative: I paid over $17. Before delivery tip. MY FOOD WAS WRONG THEY WOULDNT CORRECT IT!! My fries were missing the extra toppings I paid for my dbl cheeseburger didnt have cheese. Their patties are about the size is steak and shakes maybe a lil bit smaller. When i called back about my food not being correct, i asked about the size of the dlb cheeseburger i ordered & the employee at burgers n more said that their patties are 2oz pre-cooked weight. So nothing like the pictures they post of thick patties. So I was disappointed in the size when I got my food. End result is if they were to correct my food Id reorder from them for the taste of the food not the amount of food for the price. I dont eat a lot,a small whopper combo fills me up & I cant even finish it. I had to eat more food after I finished the food from here. So if youre hungry order at least a 4patty burger with the loaded fries with everything you like on both.

Their burgers just taste slightly better than fast food burgers. I expected much better. The issue is with their meat mostly. It just tastes and looks like low quality ground beef. I really think they should invest in better quality meat, being a place that focuses on burgers. I really was hoping to say, "wow, this burger is amazing!" But that just wasnt in the cards. Secondly, I didnt fell welcome. No "hello" or greeting of any kind. I dont necessarily need a greeting, however when employees are staring at me when I enter, a simple "welcome to Burgers and More" would make me more comfortable and happy to be there. Thirdly, no AC. Bathroom was surprisingly clean. I dont think Ill return, however I may give them a second shot, as I really like helping out smaller restaurants vs the big guys.

I called burgers n more at 7:13 pm after reading some reviews. I was hesitant because some were bad but decided to order because the total score was still okay. I ordered my wife and I two hamburgers. The man who was polite said it would be 45min. To 1 hour before our food would arrive which I was understanding of. Two hours passed and nothing from them so I called them. The same man answered and I asked what happened and the response was, "well we have been busy but your foods done now". I replied that it was already after 9 and I no longer wanted it as I had ran and got food in less than 20 minutes elsewhere. PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE! I MADE A MISTAKE BY GIVING THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT. THE FOOD IS GOOD BUT NOT WORTH THE MONEY YOU OAY OR THE WAIT YOU WILL HAVE.

Ive never been disappointed in every food item on a menu until I visited here with my family. The burgers were flavorless, the chicken salad was different and not in a good way, the grilled cheese was cheese on a hamburger bun possibly microwaved, the french fries were cold and hard. For a burger place to sit down and eat with the thinnest flavorless piece of supposedly fresh never frozen meat I was highly disappointed and upset at the monumental waste of money it was for food less appetizing than McDonalds. You couldnt pay me to eat here again.

Seriously the worst for delivery. After calling 6 times with no answer to place an order, someone finally answered. After waiting over an hour for my food, I called. The man said "sorry, we tried to deliver, but no one at that address placed an order". They went to the wrong building. Instead of calling the number they were provided, they made no effort to deliver the food to the correct place. This is the third time our office has placed delivery orders with them and each time the order has been wrong or cold.

The fact that these guys use fresh meat versus frozen meat won me over! They hand wash and hand cut their fries which makes it even tastier. They have a burger to satisfy your every craving. From Small to Humango (literally a burger name there!) they have what you want when it comes to a fresh burger and excellent customer service! give them a try and stop going to fast food chains who use processed meats .....ENJOY

this place was awful, the people that were working there were very rude, and unpleasant. they looked like they didnt even want to be there. the food that I ate, gave me food poisoning, and I only had a bite before almost throwing up, the food is disgusting, and just the place was so unclean. I will NEVER go back there again.

Good food and friendly staff. The burgers and smaller like most smash type of burgers juicy and a nice crust they have good option for toppings fries are great in house fries with good dipping sauce over a very good place the place runs hot temp wise would be my only complaint witch is a very very minor one

This is the third time Ive tried to order from this place. 1st time, they answered and put me on hold, never came back. Tried a 2nd time and was treated the same. Its been a while since then and just tried again thinking theyve shaped up. Nope, phones just ring and ring. Evidently they dont want business

I think its unnecessary to have food item on the menu that are only available at the other location. I ordered a cheeseburger with just ketchup and onions with cheese fries. Guess what they forgot? The cheese! I was the only customer in line and ordered to go an instead got it served to dine in.

I went to this place on a Friday night and it was so calm and quick service. Cheaper than Mcdonalds and way more delicious! I would not mind becoming a regular here. Its reminds me so much of Bobs Burgers. Just a mom and pop burger shop, trying to make it in the world with delicious burgers.
