Food was cold. Ordered a whopper no onion got a whopper Jr with onion. Paid for a whopper. Almost 5$. Ordered chicken sandwich. It was old, very nasty taste. Couldnt eat. Fries were not edible. Cold, hard just nasty... Service was below average. Dont go late at night and expect average service. Because you will get slop. The good thing was the coke was average. It tasted OK. Not real good. But average. Sad place to go. But this town I suggest to go to taco Bell after 8. Or you will be overcharged, disappointed and probably food poisoning. So dont go..!! You have been warned.!!! Last 6 visits I have been overcharged, incorrect food. Nasty food and poor service. So this was my last visit and my first complaint and i plan to inform corporate office but what can they do... ??Close the restaurant or pay emplyees enough to kinda care. They dont like customers to come after 8. Just know you are not gonna enjoy food here, or service. You will be pissed off. I gaurantee. Just go to Walmart and get a hotdog. Seriously you will be better off and save money. Just a pathetic restaurant. Dont go. I am done ! Never going back.!! My dog barked at the chicken sandwich!! If you dont believe go and see after 8. PM. Slop!!

Normally I have nothing bad to say about this place but I ordered dinner for me and my family and while the food was correct my chicken patty on my sandwich was so fatty I couldnt even bite in to it. And i had ordered a dr pepper with my drink and a sweet tea with my sons, when they started handing me the drinks they informed me they were out of tea so I chose to replace his drink with hi-c no problem. When i got home he had his juice my husband had his coke and instead of Dr pepper they had given me the sweet tea they just claimed they were out of. Ive managed 2 different restaurants I know drinks are not hard to get right, pay more attention people.

Every morning, I stop @ my local BK in Pulaski, TN to get 2 side orders of the best bacon in town. Sadly, in the last 2 months the service (even for such a simple order) has declined to such a point that I have decided to stop spending any money @ that establishment. I have given them chance after chance. the cooks are very unprofessional and they dont seem to respect their superiors or the customer. This morning I ordered 2 sides of bacon and recieved 2 and a half pieces of bacon. Its never the same. Ok Im done ranting...I guess the bottom line is Im very disappointed in the service and will not return until some changes have been made.

The employees were friendly, didnt have to wait but a few minutes, and the food quality was good. While I was there I saw a customer complain about the speed of service, which I thought was great. The same customer also complained about the cheese not being melted on the burger. The manager on duty handed the customer politely, and even gave the money back on one of their meals. In this case the customer was wrong, but in spite of this, the customer was treated with respect. Very good attitude by both, employee, and manager. Very good job!

Its the worst place in town to eat always has been but figured Id try it since the new grand opening, ordered an a1 ultimate bacon cheeseburger, what I got was two patties with cheese and a1, asked them to fix it and the put a piece of onion and 3 half inch pieces of bacon so I took it back and she said thats all it gets, Please Close this place down and open something worth eating
