I went to this restaurant on 3/27/2016 around 3pm. The customer service was horrible. The manager took my order. She seem pissed about being at work and being shorthanded. It was her plus two other people working there. It was not like they were slammed, it was only my family and one other customer. She closed the dine-in area and put up a sign on the door saying only drive thru is open. She messed up our order. Also one of the meals came with only three fries, seriously only three fries. I have nothing against the chain, they alright food. My complaint is regarding the manager not done her job. If I was the general manager, I would have fired her long time ago. I remember I was at this restaurant 6 months ago and the same manager was giving crap to a customer and one of her employee. If I remembered that incident, I would have not gone back. Also I am not going back to this resturant ever. This experience actually made me and my family to eat out less because of crappy service like this.

It had been quite some time since I last ate at a Backyard Burger. I remember my previous experience being sub par, but not terrible. Earlier this week my fiancee wanted to take me to lunch somewhere near where I work. He was in the mood for a good burger so we decided to go here. The food is impeccably better than I remember, much better quality ingredients on all items we had. My fiancee is a big fan of chili cheese fries and orders them anytime he sees them. These were the best hes ever had. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained and the time from ordering the food to having it delivered was very quick, and didnt appear to be hastily put together. But I really wanted to comment on an employee there named Everett. He was by far the most charismatic, welcoming, and engaging person Ive ever encountered. This goes for any customer service Ive experienced. Your company is profoundly lucky to have him.

If I could give this lower than one star I would. I ordered a simple burger by itslef, no meal, nothing. When I got to the window after forever I was told to pull to the side and my burger would be ready in a couple of minutes. After what seemed like a whole 20-30 minutes, I had to physically leave my car and ask where the hell my burger was. When they finally brought it out they just handed it to me and said sorry. No receipt, no concern given. I wouldve complained on the spot if I didnt need to get back to work right away. Their lack of customer respect cut in to my lunch. And this isnt the first time Ive experience horrible service at this location. No matter how hungry I am I will NEVER be back at this location. They plain suck. This goes for a lot of the fast food places in the same area (McDonalds and Taco Bell).

This place is very close to my new job, and Ive had it twice now. I am impressed! The lunch rush in this area is a little crazy, but this place manages to keep the efficiency high and not sacrifice the friendliness and overall customer service. The people working here really go out of their way to create a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The food is wonderful, and is served fast. I hope they pay those employees well; they deserve it.

We went for a quick lunch today...waited 30 minutes for food (along with everyone else)-saw a cook in the kitchen spitting when the door swung open...we just left...called it a loss...Ive worked across the road for nearly 8 years, but after this and the many other times prior with service going downhill...Ill probably never go back.

Food is always prepared like it was ordered. Always hot and not a problem to request them to leave off something. Never had a bad experience no matter what I order, burger, chicken or turkey. I like the Waffle fries better than the seasoned, sometimes they could use a few seconds longer, but if you ask, they are happy to oblige.

I come here for lunch about once a month. The food is always fresh. Prices are a little bit higher than other fast food places, but the food tastes like real food, not weird frozen cardboard hamburgers. My favorite order is the Wild Turkey Burger with waffle fries. The service here is always excellent.

This location is like the Star Trek: Into Darkness of burgers- the franchise draws you in, only for you to realize that its just playing on nostalgia and amounts to a half-assed mockery of itself made by people who dont care about your disappointment.

Never had issues with food or service here, and Ive worked in Brentwood for nearly 6 years. Employees seem to be extra polite to dine in customers, and the restaurant is clean as far as I can tell.
