Our order was a sackful (12) krystals with cheese and extra pickles... #1 combo with cheese with coke to drink... Another # 1 with cheese with junkyard fries without jalapenos coke to drink as well. Also an additional large dr. Pepper. We was pulled up to wait on our order and still ended up going in and they hadnt even started making our order. When we finally go our order they had put jalapenos on the fries. Then they was shorting us a order of fries. When i mentioned it was ordered without jalapenos they took them to the back and took the jalapenos off. I then asked if they just took the peppers off and the employee said " no we had a order sitting back there already." I still had jalapeno juice and everything still on them. I couldnt eat them. On the burgers theirself had nothing on them. Except cheese. Needless to say ill not be back there!!

This place doesnt even deserve a review!!! Absolutely terrible and the workers are so rude. To me I dont understand why it takes so long to make food there but theyre all really loud in the kitchen and goofing off so thats why. Also I was there last week and the drive thru wasnt working so I went inside and ordered and paid for my food waited 10 minutes and then the girl at the register came to me and said they were out of something after I already paid for it so I replaced that order with something else and then got back home and found several strands of hair in my food. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS FILTH!

I never leave feedback because I understand everyone has bad days but my experience at the Krystals was too much! I decided to eat here because being from North Carolina theres not many Krystals! The drive threw was rude and disrespectful! My order was wrong twice!! They had a very bad attitude! My corn dogs were under cooked & gooey! My Krystals were cold & seem to be sitting out a while! They obviously didnt know what they were doing to get my order wrong twice! Worst experience! Do NOT eat here!

Worst fast food experience ever. Ridiculously rude staff and Godawful food. I will never eat at another Krystal again after this experience. Krystal was previously one of my favorite chains, but, now that Ive been to a bad one, Ill never ever risk a similar experience again. Impatient staff would have been slightly redeemed had the food been good, but no. It was inedible. I could have gotten a better meal if I had just eaten my cash.

Against our better judgment we ate here again anyway, and needless to say the customer service was horrible,my husband ask for pack of hot sauce for his chilli,the cashier was like O we dont got that, the manager and cook was tlkin bout things not job related taking their own sweet time getting orders out, my order was messed up, so yea this place is definitely off my list of places to eat,

Inaccurate Orders, Repeatedly! Usually, Dining Room Empty & Long Excessive Wait inside & DriveThru with Orders becoming a Shell Game- Shouldnt ask another Customer if they have a Order for someone else! Manager arguing with Staff, Mens Restroom Needs a Buffer to get rid of the Crud! Friendly Staff, though some seen through Drive Thru very unprofessionally Dressed- The Hood Meets Krystal !!!!!

Just left from this place while i was on lunch and I actually was craving it. Got back to work only to see a piece of hair in my fries!!! Which were not hot. I know for a fact it isnt my hair because my hair is curly. I took a picture of it . I tried calling to let them know but they will not answer the phone. The health department will be hearing about this.

Wouldnt feed this stuff to my dog. Would give 0 stars if possible. Not only is the food discusting, but the staff is rude, illiterate, and slow. I wasted $20 and 30mins of my time, before I even got my food. Terrible. Avoid at all costs. When I got the food I was so discussed, I abandoned my tray and walked out, absolutly discusting food.

Horrible!! They told me to pull up and I literally sat for 20 mins. Once I pulled back to the window and asked about my food, the cashier asked do I have my receipt and ask me do I want a refund or do I want my food. Really?? I waited for 20 mins! Then I had to wait even longer for my food. I will never visit this Krystal again!!

No one answering the drive through menu or the window so I had to come inside. 5 people walking around in the kitchen, people in front of me have been waiting 10 minutes before they even ordered. I was looking for something fast to get back on the road, cant even rely on that. Will definitely go elsewhere next time.

Had to wait 15mins to order & then another 20 mins for them to fix it!! When I got home the burgers was awful, no pickles or mustard!! I asked for ketchup no ketchup either!! The employees was rude also!! Ive tried yesterday & today to call & complain & noone will answer!!

Burgers tasted like the meat was spoiled. The meat did not look like it was done. Did not put a placement on my tray. Fries on the floor near the door. They couldve cleaned them up, they were not busy. Will not go back or recommend to anyone.

Terrible service from the employees all the way up to the manager on duty. I can usually overlook a little attitude but when you tell someone 3 times what you want and they still get it wrong and then act like its your fault, thats a problem.

Food was ok. Cheese wasnt melted on the cheeseburgers. Man working there proceeded to come out of the kitchen, go to the door and yell out to 2 girls walking across the parking lot, "hey want to go across the street for a quick date".

one of the most nasty place I have ever been.took 25 mins for food that was cold. then had to take food back 3 times. NO TOILET PAPER IN MENS AND WOMENS BATHROOM. HAD TO USE PAPER TOWELS FROM LOBBY.. RUDE ASS PEOPLE.

Was looking for a quick meal, ALL the cars waited 5 min at the intercom in the drive thru, then another 10 parked to the side. The gave me a coffee stirrer for a straw, all for typical subpar Krystal burgers.

Great experience. Even though we were wearing Clemson gear the staff was very nice to us and joked around with us about it They seemed to go out of their way to help us.

We drove up and they had an error with their computers. The manager was friendly as well as the workers. Got free drinks and coupons. Food was great.
