I really use to enjoy bringing my kids here. They would eat & play...a win win 4 me. Unfortunately I have had the worst customer service the last 3 times I have been here. I spoke to the assistant manager & all she said was "Ill speak to the general manager". So what is the point of a manager? Ridiculous! I believe every1 deserves a second chance. I gave 3...i should have never returned. Well Ive learned my lesson. My money means nothing here so Ill go somewhere it does!

I said I would put it BLACK and WHITE! 3rd time I have been there in 3weeks! "EACH TIME" THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER! The FOOD was JUST WARM and NOT FRESHLY COOKED! They arent BUSY to start with so WHY HAVE BAD REVIEWS! THAT MEANS:: POOR MANAGENENT!!! $1.00 FREEZIE then WHY IS MACHINE """FROZE UP""" FIX IT! VERY """SAD""" SITUATION they COULD BE making MAJOR $$$$

It has a play place that keeps the kids happy. We actually had a mini family reunion in the play room with out of state family we havent seen in forever since the parks were rained out. It was great.
