Horrible service. Waited 15 min for 8 chicken sandwiches and a few corn dogs that if were fresh would have been understandable.. but when i recieved them they werent even hot! My fries tasted like plastic and were cold as well, i was missing a corn dog and to top it off the lady gave me the order of the woman who had been waiting nearly as long as i had been.. so i had a mess of cold food that i was missing part of my order and also had someone elses complete order.. needless to say the few staff members i saw when i went in to correct the problem seemed to care less and half ass do anything. Wish this wouldnt have happened .. basically turned me off completely to krystals which i formally was a huge fan of.

Very nice people at this location and the building is brand new and sparkling clean. Ingress and egress is a snap, if you are heading east on 9 Mile, but is trickier if you are heading west. I had some triple Krystal cheeseburgers today. Or, rather, I really had triple burgers with a single slice of cheese on each. I couldnt taste the cheese at all, so the up charge was wasted. I always forget that Krystal is the only place that I know of where you can buy a corn dog and which also doesnt sell gas. And Krystals corn dogs are pretty dadgum delicious. If Krystal had Whataburgers mustard, it would equal approximately a heap of awesome win.

This is the newest Krystal Restaurant in the Pensacola Market brand new building interior is clean exteriors clean and well-maintained and very well-lit the service is very fast and efficient. On my visits to this location the employees have been professional and very courteous. The food is always hot and fresh and this reflects the true quality and value of Krystal hamburgers.

Food all good the Shakes are my absolute favorite. ..and those cute little burgers. Now days so much more than I remember as a kid.They were 15 cents each along time ago....Yeah I know Im aging myself. LOL Restrooms clean a must especially if you have children. Nice place to have dinner. Our order was everything we ordered. ..Great Go and Enjoy.
