The overall experience here was a good one. The service was excellent. Dont know if thats because it just opened or if that is customary. The fries and onion rings were pretty good. If you get one order it should definitely be enough for two people to share and probably three. Do not let them convince you that the size of a double patty is very large. It was equivalent to the size of the Jr. at Five Guys. Love the option to create your own burger but unlike Five Guys where all the toppings are free, some toppings are an upcharge here. The taste of the burger was good but not really phenomenal. Although some of my friends disagree, I still like the taste of Five Guys a little better. You do have a lot more options at BurgerFi though so thats a plus. There are no combos so keep in mind that everything is al a carte. I got a burger and the fries/onion rings with a water and it was about $14. I also got a milkshake afterwards ($5) and I probably wouldnt do that again. So to sum it up, if you are interested in a good burger with lots of options in a techie looking restaurant, then this is the place for you.

I usually dont give low ratings unless the place really deserves it, the 2 stars are given for the custard/shakes, they were awesome and the place was really clean and the service was nice. But the food is not in any way exceptional. Burgers are pretty expensive and not very big, about $8 a burger. Not impressive taste-wise. The veggie burger wasnt that great either. There are better burger joints with better testing patties. The fries and onion rings dont come with the burger, if I recall correctly they were about $5-6 a serving. The fries werent crispy at all, the onion rings had a strange batter on them, I wasnt a fan. Overall I was extremely disappointed for how expensive the place is. I recommend going somewhere else. I wont be returning.

Wonderful experience, and an interesting contrast with the last review. Son and I both had the Breakfast All Day Burger and far exceeded my expectations, wife had the veggie and she loved it. Both were really good! I had fries (which were only ok, would not be getting those again), but wife had onion rings - wonderful, and huge! Fries were a bit moist and quite boring. Also, didnt like the tiny containers for ketchup (condiments in general). But, nice service, nice people, clean environment, quick service, great food - nicely done. Not local to here, but will be visiting a BurgerFi 20 minutes from home as a result.

This has rapidly become my favorite burger place in Tuscaloosa. Whether youre into veggie burgers (their quinoa patties are incredible), old fashioned beef, or haute cuisine wagyu, they have something for you here. They have a wide array of options for milkshakes as well, and even offer custard. You can get a beer (or wine) with your burger and choose from giant onion rings or variously-flavored fries as a side dish. Definitely a good first choice if a burger and fries is what jives with your sighs of hunger.

Amazing quinoa burger! Great texture and flavor, I would just wish for a larger patty. An order of fries can be split 2-3 ways, the custard is a caloric dream come true, and the onion rings were yummy. Its a great place for a burger and some sports, but dont take a date if youre planning on talking much. The space is loud and a bit echoey. Maybe take a good-looking date with crappy political views. You wont hear them pontificate over the mid-90s grunge and alternative blasting over the speakers.

Best burger Ive had!! Their onion rings are great! And Friendly service. We will be going back very soon. Just one order of fries or onion rings will be enough for two their onion rings are huge! The burgers are kinda on the small side. Everything was fresh. Around the same price has five guys maybe $1.00 - $2.00 difference, so if your use to paying five guys prices then you should have no problem with their pricing. I would say burgerfi is a bit better than five guys.

Not a place for a quick bite. Overpriced if you ask me. But if you flash them your VA card, theyll still give you a military discount. And the music they have pipin in this place is at volumes that would rival Abercromby & Fitch. I think that the only reason this place stays in business is because of the community of wealthy drunkards.

Locally brewed beer on draft, great burgers, great fries. It was the perfect late dinner spot for me while I was Uber driving. I got a Black Warrior brew, the CEO Burger, and the parmesan garlic aioli fries. Would recommend all of them.
