My husband has eaten Pei Wei many times and liked it (especially their sushi). Last night he picked it up and brought it home for our whole family to try. What started out as excitement quickly turned to disappointment. The flavors in the crab rangoon are not pleasant. We threw away all but the 1 piece we tried. What little vegetables there were in our dishes (Dan Dan Noodles and Kids Chicken Lo Mein), were so undercooked that they were inedible. My husband isnt a fan of vegetables, so that explains why he likes Pei Wei. Noodles and broccoli are two of my sons favorite foods; however, he took maybe 3 bites of his kids chicken lo mein, 2 of which he spit out because he couldnt chew the undercooked broccoli, and then started saying "all done" and refused to take another bite. I will not ever be eating Pei Wei again; however, Im sure my husband will continue to get the sushi. Btw, the cookies are pretty delicious

One of my sons favorite spots. Fortunately for me, I like several menu items. Even though there seems to be an absorbent amount of turnover in the staff, the ones that they hire are good to guests. Not sure where the disconnect comes in away from the customers. After 20+ years in the restaurant business, I believe I know the answer. There is a reason they are always hiring new management. Not sure if its poor training, not paying enough for what is asked of them(typical in restaurant biz), or what. Regardless, despite those issues, they always crank out good food.

This Pei Wei is usually on point with food and service. Today I experienced very bad service. I put in a take away order and waited over 20 minutes for my food which never came. I was forced to get a refund and this caused me to be late going back to work. Edit: Eventually talked with a manger a week or two later. They comped my meal that day because of what happened. I still find it pretty ridiculous though having worked in the food industry.

This particular Peiwei has the best quality of ingredients, an Amazing Staff and a extremely friendly manager. Its clean, well run and has amazing entree choices. My dinner was late and the manager came and personally apologized, gave me my dinner for free AND a $10 gift card as an apology. I have rarely ever seen that at any other restaurant. Its a wonderful place, definitely would recommend.

Service and fried rice was as you would expect....the egg rolls were so over saturated in cooking oil that they were not edible. There was so much oil, I thought I might use it to change the oil in my car. Due to the fact that my car is German and not an Asian make, I was not sure it would be compatible.

Love P.F. Changs but hate how expensive it is and how long it takes? Then this is the place for great Chinese food. Its P.F. Changs little brother and has a lot of the menu items you love, but a couple bucks cheaper generally and with a more informal atmosphere. I love coming here to get my chinese fix.

Great meal, I had sweet and sour chicken, my boys had the Pad Thai which is their favorite and said it was awesome, husband had Ah Tuna salad which was beautifully presented and delicious. Food came out hot. No line tonight but has been one in the past, steady stream if customers coming through.

Some douchebag in front of me in line couldnt figure out how a phone coupon worked and was being entirely unreasonable with the employees. The manager stayed professional the whole time long after Id have told the guy to pound sand. Shows that this place is being run well, Ill be back for sure!

Id say its been so long since i got good service at any of these restaurant chains but today I did and it was amazing. Id say its 1/5 good too bad. Which I mean 1 out of 5 times is good. Hopefully you gus will try & do better hopefully more often.

My meal was drenched in a thick salty sauce with hardly no vegetables in it. I ordered two kids meals and it was just noodles and fried chicken with no vegetables. I left and became ill with a headache and then vomited my lunch. Never go there.

They have the take-out down...you can order online and pick up. I get the Korean style beef and its nice and spicy. If you dine in dont sit near the door.

Fast, healthy, and tasty! Their prices are very reasonable. Sometimes a bit busy but the line moves fast. Seating during busy times is a bit crowded.
