In the past, I had Insomnia cookies and they were great. I know this is a new location and the cookies should be somewhat fresh and delicious, but they werent. The cashier was nice (Andrew I believe) and helpful. However, there is a short guy there who needs to learn some customer service. Obviously, I didnt know there was a $3 minimum and he had a bit of a snarl to his demeanor. Anyways, go there for yourself and try them out. I will go again and see if it was just a bad day for them.

WOW. Cookie delivery?! Enough said...the cookies were DELICIOUS and we were delighted to find that there was a location closer to us as well! [we visited this location while on a trip] The store was very clean, cookies are served warm and chewy [seriously, PERFECT!], and the ice cream was amazing too - it was the perfect temperature - not too cold to get your spoon through, but that super soft creamy perfect texture that we all crave. Cant wait to go back!

cookies are usually good but the prices are way too high and the delivery service is very poor. I once had a guy show up without any change then continued to say if he went back for change they wouldnt give it to him. I had to call and they sent him back and he still didnt give us the right amount. They also take super long to get there and Im literally down the road.

On Valentines Day I sent cookies to my girlfriend from 2 hours away. I added a note to the order for them to deliver but I was not expecting what they did. They put the note on a card and with the most neat handwriting Ive ever seen wrote it and delievered it. It shows that they put both time and effort into the order and I greatly appreciate that.

Incapable of following simple instructions. Ordered 6 cookies, 3 were wrong. The receipt on the top of the box had the correct order. Next time I want cookies Im going to Wal-Mart, buying the dough, and making it myself. Terrible. Delivery driver Colin was completely clueless.

I work with a client who is blind. Kayla took our order and she spent time answering all of my clients questions as well as making eye contact with my client during the conversation. She was very helpful. Id go back for the customer service. Cookies were delicious.

Have seen advertising for Insomnia Cookies and thought what a cool idea - gave a friends kids (8 and 12) money to call during a pajama party - only then was it revealed that they only deliver within 1 mile radius - wow - really !!!!! Nevermind .....
