Reading the 5 star reviews, Im pretty sure all those people work there and have to comment the way they did. This has to be the worst Taco Bell in the state. Theyre always out of key items and theres nothing fast about this fast food restaurant. One time when we went, the list of items they were out of was so long I just stopped the girl and let her know they had nothing we wanted. Seriously, how do you run out of seasoned ground beef, sour cream, lettuce, and Doritos Locos shells all on the same day. Truly unbelievable. I would not waste your time or money on this very poorly managed establishment. Oh, and did I mention they often will only take exact cash payment or card because they dont have the currency to make change? Ugh!

I shouldnt be surprise anymore by this fast food establishment. Every time I have came here they have managed to have extremely rude customer service and forget one or multiple items I had ordered. This company as a whole should invest in quality employees who enjoy working with the public and genuinely have active listening skills. Unfortunately, no matter how well they have designed there interior or exterior spaces, the service and food is definitely skewed from a quality standard and should be addressed.

Ive come through drive thru twice, friendly voice took order. Order was correct and wait wasnt as long. Ive gone in only one and it was clean and the employees looked clean and made eye contact - something you dont see from the Y generaron as there typically are on their phone and dont have social skills. Was nice to see something different. Updated: 27 may 2017 - now that the honeymoon is over this place sucks. Why, oh why are they coding the lobby at 18:00 on a Saturday?! Service sucks,

Considering this place just opened, Ill give it 4 stars, but the service wasnt that great. The drive through to longer than normal and it took a while for them to understand my order (to be fair, its probably more complicated than you tipicle Taco Bell order). The portion sizes were also a lot smaller than normal. If the service is like this next time I go, Ill probably redact a star.

Rude wait staff, had to repeat my order three times, still got it wrong, out of all sauces except fire, no large cups, food seemed under- prepared chalupa sshells were not cooked, beefy Frito burrito was more like a skinny taquito, and soda fountian was low on almost every flavor, even the final one I chose was watered down. Ill noy eat here again unless under new management

Out of tomatoes, outside soft shells for crunch wrap tacos, and who knows what else. Not a good day for Taco Bell. Service wasnt very good. Stood waiting to order until someone who had already ordered call the crew to the register. Wrapped food didnt look freshly wrapped (wrapper was soggy in places).

If theyre not out of chips, theyll be out of mild, beans, or lettuce. Inside customers DO NOT take priority over the drive-thru; but the drive-thru can take triple the amount of time any other place takes. The only saving grace is the location and that the employees are actually quite friendly.

You think a brand new restaurant would have their **** together but I just waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes only to watch the employee drop the persons food in front of me. I left without my order. I thought this was suppose to be fast food?

Do not waste your time. I had only 3 cars in front of me and it took over 30 minutes to even make it to the window and another 10 minutes once at the window to get the food. Go to the one in Rivergate and save yourself some time.
