Sweet Bitch
Waited ten minutes at the service counter with my son and was NEVER even acknowledged. The lady next to me had to complain just to get a drink and her order taken. Totally ignoring customers while bragging about doing yaegerbombs. Lazy, dirty, staff that looked hung over. Standing around doing nothing and not taking care of the custumers they did have. Left and went to the one by the interstate where the service was excellent, timely, with a smile and friendly attitude. Our food was PERFECTLY cooked. FORGET THIS WAFFLE HOUSE & DRIVE 10 MIN TO THE ONE BY THE INTERSTATE FOR BETTER FOOD AND SERVICE!!!!!! THIS ONE IS FULL OF LOSERS!!!!!!!!

First I set there for 20 minutes before my server even came over then she started taking orders from people who came in after me but a server not mine came over was gonna take my order then my server came running over!! Got my food the place of chicken was so small I cut it in four bites size of a Krystal burger no ham or cheese in my hash browns like I order then sent them back they throw ham an cold cheese on top an resend it back out really but aerial the other server got me taken care of an got my tip to great job keep it up!! Your awesome

This is the cleanest, most professional Waffle House that I have very been in. The staff was the type of staff that you would expect to see, but they were hardworking, clean, and well-managed. The place was packed, but we received our order in a timely manner, perfectly cooked and the actual correct order (where do you EVER get that?!). Seriously impressed.

Worst service Ive ever had at any waffle house Ive ever been to. I had to ask if they could take my order . Then it was wrong then they wanted to charge me for it even though I didnt order it. This place is a joke. They need to hire people who wanna do there job. Wouldnt suggest this waffle house to anyone.

My family and I are from Arizona and we moved to beautiful Tennessee and this is the first waffle house we have ate at and the employees there are great their so friendly and kind, good hearted people the food was awesome and the locals are amazing thank you for the great welcoming to Tennessee

Its Waffle House. Overpriced, "new" help, indifference to letting you wait at the register to pay your bill, then the cashier comes over and asks if Im ready.... Yeah, ready to leave my to go order on the counter and walk away. But maybe I was just really tired.

Yummo food, always busy, so you have a little wait usually, only thing they keep it to Cold in there so your food gets cold , immediately. And I freeze so Im in and out here.
