very nasty and disgusting bathroom blood tampons laying literally all throughout the ladies room and the female short lady manager did not seem to care but the server we had was very professional about this then the manager tried to put her blame on the lazy workers. BULL! THE MANAGER WAS THE LAZY AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ONE THAT NEEDS TO BE TERMINATED FROM HER MANAGER POSITION WITH THE BAD ATTITUDE AND LAZINESS SHE HAS! our servers name was kristen and she was excellent and very polite and caring about everyones concerns about the filthy bathroom as we were not the only ones complaining to her there was 4 other complaints about the ladies room while we were there in only 30 minutes time as well! so hard telling how many complaints they have by now! but its the manager ladies fault with her poor mouth and attitude to customers. i hope and pray this matter is handled properly and that kristen still keeps her job but that nasty manager would be booted about the door if i was her boss in the blink of an eye!!! by the way yes the manager was informed about the nastyness in there and her words were oh i know pfffftt it can be taken care of some other time! well how about pffffffttttting her rearend on out the door until she can learn how to have proper customer service skills while working as a so called professional manager at a public restaurant!!!

Just for the record, Im a fat guy with an iron stomach who has never met a buffet I didnt like. Ive been to Golden Corrals in 3 states and, though Im never expecting a gourmet meal, i always leave satisfied. That said, I wish I could say that about this location; I literally felt ill before I even left the premises. The real tragedy was that I HAD to use the bathroom, which was disgusting 15 minutes after the place opened for business. Upon entering, youll notice that the carpets REALLY need to be cleaned, or changed; trust your nose, turn around, and eat someplace else.

Was there 6/30/17. I got BBQ ribs and a steak, baked potato, salad. The ribs were all fat and gristle, I chewed a piece of steak for 5 min. and still could not eat it. Put butter on potato and still not melted 20 min. later. Ranch dressing for salad was grainy. Worst meal I have ever had....or not had since it was inedible. So ended up paying for a meal that I literally did not eat. The only good thing was the sweet tea. Management needs to go to the one in Gastonia and learn what decent food is.

Food here is OK. I usually come for breakfast on the weekend. Bacon varies from crisp to barely cooked depending on who cooks it. Cleanliness doesnt appear to be a problem, but the inside is showing signs of wear and is in need of freshening up. The serving stations badly need a coat of paint. Ceiling tiles show visible dirt, especially near air ducts.

Best Thanksgiving Day buffet I have ever had felt like it was home cooked meal with more than sufficient choices the buffet stayed stocked throughout the time we were there and there was no waiting definitely will spend another holiday eating theyre not cooking and stressing at home

My waitress this week, Leticia, and last month were outstanding!! If I win the sweepstakes then so do they!! Outstanding customer service!! My cup never was less than 3/4 and they were very consistent and polite! They both need a raise!!

We only go if the server named Anna is there. If not we leave. Food is okay but having her for a server is great. She is so nice to my kids and my friend and I go for our girls night out once a week to see her.

I have only visited the one in Rock Hill. Fabulous food, clean atmosphere, servers and cooks very friendly and helpful. Wonderful varieties on bars. No other restaurants can top them. I say 5 stars +.

Very dirty! I love eating at Golden corral normally but this one is just gross. People there are rude and overall not good service. Wont be going back, Ill drive my family to Charlotte next time.

Food is horrible and over priced. Dont even bother trying meat there, its all fat. The veggies taste like they are from a can. The rest tastes like cafeteria food. Desert was the only good part.

Very busy and it seem very hard for them to keep any type of meat replenished. Always very busy. Our server was great. The kids enjoyed it, the dessert bar in particular.
