The absolute most rude drive thru staff Ive ever encountered. The order taker clearly didnt listen to anything I said, I claimed I had a coupon. She replied okay and I ordered, my order wasnt difficult, extra pickle extra mayo on a whopper. Upon pulling up to the window and reminding her of said coupon, she rolled her eyes, asked for a manager and acted like I was ruining her day. After that was taken care of, we went to the next window where I asked for a zesty sauce and a ranch. She opened the bag and rudely replied "uhhhhhhh for 10 cents a piece ya can have em". My fries are edible, at best. Theres barely ANY mayonnaise on my ice cold whopper and thank goodness I paid for that extra sauce that I cant use!

Omg so I walk in and theres this guy in the dining area and all of a sudden he pulls his penis out and slaps his girlfriend or atleast I thought it was his girlfriend in the face with it and she turns around looks at me I waved and she looks at him and told.him not to do that in public people are watching and then he said this big Mac is for you and she put it back in his pants and said I didnt order a big pickle with my big Mac and his penis wasnt even that big but the staff told me it wasnt a McDonalds when I ordered a big Mac so I left.

I am from Canton Ohio which is only 30 minutes from this location! I went thru the drive thru and received excellent service! Amazing customer service skills and suggestive selling!!! I frequent the locations in Canton but never in the years I have been to either location in Canton showed my the red carpet treatment I received today!!! I suggest this location over any in Canton!!!! Keep you the great customer service!!!!!
