This is absolutely the BEST IHOP Ive ever been to! The service is always outstanding!!! Most importantly; its very clean! The waitresses are always amazing; it doesnt matter which time we choose to go! They are the sweetest! Ive personally met the manager of this awesome restaurant; hes extremely meticulous and very customer oriented. He took some time out of his busy schedule to have a chat with us. We are regular customers for several years now and each experience is always great. The location is further from our home than other IHOPs but well gladly go the few extra miles for the fantastic food and excellent service. Our food and drinks are always prepared exactly the way we like it; no ifs, ands or buts. So, if youve been searching for a friendly restaurant with superb service and relaxing atmosphere, I HIGHLY recommend this IHOP!

I have been going to this IHOP for 13 years and I have never had such a terrible experience like I did today. The manager and hostess were so rude that I wont be going back. This staff needs training about how to treat their customers. We waited an hour and 15 minutes and while the wait is not uncommon for IHOP I am mad that 8 families that came after us and were seated before us. Then the people who got called in while we were there ate and left while we still waited. We were talked down to by the manager and hostess like we were little kids who didnt understand. Talking about logistics and us not understanding "you just wanna eat and dont understand" thats not the way you talk to you customers. The hostess just kept telling me she didnt care if I was mad because she only had three weeks left of working there. I am so disappointed.

Worst customer service. Hostess Lexy had us waiting for an hour and 15 minutes. She claimed she forgot about us and has a very nasty attitude instead of being apologetic and Manager Joe took over he said he was unaware we waited so long. 8 parties were called after us even though we arrived before they did. They Never apologized. Very rood and nasty personnel. I do not recommend this location at all. I would give it zero stars. Very bad customer service. They ruined our Christmas family vacation breakfast. We ended up leaving to another location for breakfast instead . Terrible experience.

Ive been there a few times, and always had a very pleasant experience. The service was always fast and friendly, and the food always came out so fast, I was surprised when it arrived. When I eat there, I always feel like its what this kind of experience is supposed to be. Maybe things were different a long time ago, but I cant imagine how anybody gave a 1 star, or why googles map would change the rating of the restaurant. For anybody that cant find it, its right next to Planet Fitness.

Weve been going to this IHOP for several years, and it is not only our favorite IHOP, but among our favorite breakfast places near East Orlando. The service has NEVER been anything but friendly and prompt, the food reliably good, and this is a neighborhood restaurant, as opposed to an all-night college dive, so we drive more than twice as far as our nearest IHOP.

I jokingly refer to this place as the Worlds Greatest IHOP, but its really not a far stretch. The service here is always good, as is the food (as far as IHOP cuisine goes). And perhaps due to its unique location inside of a strip mall, you dont go home with that "IHOP smell" on your clothes like you do from so many other locations.

Newly remodeled and back Open for biz! Have yet to have a bad experience when we visit for Bfast. Tasty Food + Great Staff= a frequent visitor. Youll love the new modern decor and furnishings. The fresh hot coffee carafe on our table while dining is a big plus. So glad to have this nice biz in our community.

Good food and good people. Restaurant is not closed, just moved to the end of the plaza. Start at old restaurant, turn left, go down four doors and youve arrived. Hours are Monday Friday 6am - 10pm, Sunday 6am-9pm as evidenced in two separate photos.

My family and I had an awesome time at Ihop. The atmosphere of there new location is clean, comfortable and best of all really nice. The food and service was by far the best i have ever experienced at an Ihop. Great work Ihop Oviedo.

Great customer service here. Very easy to get questions answered. Pancakes are awesome. Location is tucked away but better than dealing with the college crowds at the University location. Only downside is they arent open 24 hours.
