I must say this place has horrible customer service....food isnt always fresh. When I saw they was building a WH so close to my home I was excited bc it was more convenient however they was better off not building it at all....there is 2 other WH in the area and Id recommend those....i have to travel on other side of town just to get great food..this is such a inconvenience..i love WH i eat there once a week....i try to give the benefit of doubt but why..just to get disappointed...for example I called numerous times before heading there and when i get there(remind you im only a mile away) Im still calling as im sitting there they wasnt busy at all 1 customer seated and 3 came in as i walked in and the phone ringer wasnt even on...place sucks they should take lessons from the other 2 in our city or get new management at this one....Id recommend if youre in city go to Anderson Road or Cherry Road Waffle House theyre much better and friendlier!! As stated by another commenter, they dont answer the phone! I called for literally 20 minutes trying to place a to go order and they did not answer. When I got there I asked about the phone now working and the lady said "it is, but..." It is but what? I called while in the restaurant and the phone didnt ring. I am under the impression they purposely turn the ringer off. This Waffle House HAS TO BE loosing business because of this. Horrible customer service!

Store 2009 Rock Hill SC. The floor in the cooking and service area nasty . Food plates in floor. Water , grease, trash cans overflowing. Waitresses and cooks sliding around trying to walk. No rush at noon time. No one made an effort to pick up or clean anything.. too busy trying to figure out what song to play on the jukebox.. just now a plate was dropped and broken.... no effort to even sweep it up.. just kicked glass back to side... Ridiculous!!!!!

Ive been going to this location since it opened. The quality of the food and service just keeps getting worse and worse. I just left there and I will NOT be back. I had an honest problem with my order and because they were busy they completely shoved it aside. Very unprofessional and infuriating, dont waste your money here- go to the cherry rd. Location by the interstate instead.

Delicious good price food. Ive been coming here for years. Most friendly and hard working staff. Check my reviews. This place deserves your attention. One of the few corporate stores. High standards kept. Favorite breakfast spot. Eileen is the best server! Friendly and lots of energy.

They suck! Not only did the waiter not get my order correct, she left items off and over charged me. There was a black female manager and black male district manager who did NOTHING but makes excuses for this simple employee. The whole staff needs to be fired!!! SonsABitches!!!!

The staff at this waffle House are very friendly. Food is decent but prices have gotten a bit high for breakfast. That is not a reflection on this waffle House but all of them. I would go here because of the staff.
