First time eating here, chose this over IHOP. You can tell that most of the staff are college students, mostly girls who seemed friendly and the guys friendly enough. However some retraining in customer service is suggests. Proper customer service is lost on this generation, I ordered the breakfast club for myself and my son had the Mickey Mouse both were good. I did however as I was eating my eggs found a small hair on the plate which had been under the eggs and then discovered another on my eggs. My server did replace my meal but nothing else of it. She did not seem too concerned that her customer just had a hair on her plate and food. Anyone else would have been disgusted to say the least. I dont think I will be returning there next time in town.

I have always received incredible service. The servers are always on the move and my water and coffee never go empty. The food has always been delicious and the only time it was a little slow coming out of the kitchen was when it was very busy and still was out in a reasonable time. I am not normally a breakfast person but recently have been hooked on this wonderful place and go out of my way to go there. Btw for the New York waitress? I-95 runs North lol

Delicious food, lots of choices. The home fries are a-maz-ing! I could eat here several times a week and nor run out of menu choices. Update 24 May 17: today marks the fourth time Ive eaten here and I have to "ding" it for one thing, the service is slow. The wait staff is good at taking your order and getting your drinks out, but the food takes a while. Weve waited an average of 15 minutes for our meals so be aware of that.

The first time I ordered there the food was alright cant complain for the prices. This time I got the country boy biscuit, the biscuits were tiny and smothered with milky gravy barely any sausage and the eggs tasted like powdered eggs. I got halfway through and my food was just a mush of disgusting bland mess that I dont even want to finish, maybe it was a fluke idk but Im hesitant to go back.

Service was terrible. Even after we waited 10 minutes for a table we still had to wait an additional 15 before someone even came for our drink order. We waited so long that we just got up and left. 40 minutes later and they still didnt take our order. If youre hungry and dont have all day stay away from this place and just head to Casselberry Breakfast Club. The service is much better.

This was my first time coming to the breakfast club and my server had red hair and she was very rude she came to my table as I was looking over the menu i wasnt quite ready and she asked if u needed more time and just left. Me and my boyfriend ended up ordering to go and I wasnt happy about that at all this was a horrible first experience but the food is great

This is a good place to eat, I dine here almost once a week with my son . Its nice , casual breakfast restaurant that serves good food. Theres nothing here to rant and rave about how great it is . I think its one real strong plus is that its consistent, the food is consistently above average, and the service is the same above-average consistently.

The food was horrible. My mother ordered poached eggs and they came out over cooked. The pancake and biscuit was under cooked and you could still see the runny batter. The owner was rude to us and didnt even care about our concerns. It also took a half hour to get are food and the place wasnt even half full. I will never eat at this place again

Food was great and the service was even BETTER! Young lady with the red hair, Julie? I think her name was, she was very friendly to my whole family and checked on us multiple times. I dont do this often but I had to comment on the great service. Thank you for that. My family found a new restaurant to keep coming back to!

I am a waitress from N.Y. and never saw such slow service 5 tables being served ordered 2 eggs hash browns tst ..bagel cream cheese food comes ice cold no tst for eggs..bagel was served on coffee saucer no cr cheese ..who taught these people how to serve..

This restaurant will change your life. It will literally take the person that you are and change it. You will not be the same. One of the best breakfast places Ive ever been to. And the prices are awesome. You can easily eat good for under $10

Food is great but service is extremely spotty. We sat for over 25 minutes before order taken. Sat for about 8 minutes waiting to have table cleaned and drink order taken. This was done after we stopped the bus girl. No refills on drinks

The food is pretty standard for breakfast. It really bothers me when restaurants refuse to substitute bread products for another option when people who cant eat gluten. We have to pay the same price for a plate but get less food.

Food was fresh , tasty , served quickly and reasonably priced. Had Indian eggs which were well seasoned including ginger. Only issue was they kept having to back for some portion of our order. Excellent for the college budget.

Ordered for the first time yesterday through Uber eats, my potatoes and corned beef hash were both burnt. The only thing I ate was my eggs and toast VERY disappointing for a first time customer, I will not return here.

Not the best place to grab a meal. Save your time & money. All of our meals were burned and it got served to us like that. Very disappointed! It would have been better if we had grabbed a meal from a gas station.

Nice atmosphere and good food at cheap prices. They have decent sized portions and the staff is always nice. I usually get an egg platter with home fries and wheat toast. For lunch we enjoy the shrimp baskets.

Great prices for great food. We can eat here with the kids for around $20. Portions are large and prices are great. Never had a bad server either. 10/10 would Breakfast Club again.
