My husband & I go to Myrtle Beach twice a month & stay very close to Wild Wing Cafe which makes it a very convenient place to hang out & meet friends on Friday & Saturday nights - not to mention watch football in the fall. Over the last several months the service, cleanliness & entertainment value have been the pits!!! If you dare to go, you will probably be seated at a table that is sticky and has not been wiped down and if you want a drink in the first 15 minutes go to the bar because the wait staff will not get to you very quickly to get your order. Your first beer may come in a frosty glass but dont bet on the second coming that way. For some reason they run out of glasses all the time so plan to drink from a plastic cup. Our friend actually sent his beer back this weekend because it was flat! The manager is friendly enough but more interested in mingling with his friends in the bar than managing. This weekend when we walked in he was sitting at a table in the bar area with his feet on a chair across from him. (Ever hear the old adage do as I do? well, his staff does!) The ladies bathroom has always been nasty! It smells like sewage, you may or may not find toilet paper. The sink and floor in front of the sink are always soaked. Bands? What bands? On more than one occasion my husband and I have gone in to see the advertised band - not there. Happened again this past Friday night July 9th. What the heck? We plan our trips to Charleston to include going to Wild Wings Cafe because without fail it is a great time. Overall, I think the potential is definitely there. It has superior visibility at the front of Barefoot Landing! It has a fabulous bar outside overlooking the water. The Restaurant is laid out nicely. Get rid of the manager & get someone in there that can manage the employees and wants to take care of the customers. Plan some activities in the bar & stick to the plan! Create a fun environment that makes customers want to come back not walk away with a bad taste in their mouth!

Have been coming here weekly, and often brought family and friends for 2 years until June 10th, 2017. I order the same delicious 12 hot wings every time. June 10th, I ordered and BAM... totally different. Spicy, spicy hot...yuck. The manager seemed apologetic and said she can correct it. The wings arrived and the manager left. 2 min. Later manager arrived and I said these are horrible and explained we live here and been coming weekly. I mentioned these look like the last ones and she states she threw all wings away. I asked her then why are only 11 here?.. I knew she lied. She said sorry. They cannot help us. My boyfriend sent his plate back also. Horrible. The bartender came up and said he was going to "miss us"... I was flabbergasted... really...really...not even a come back..we are working o. It, changing cooks, bad night, etc...just said going to miss us.. had to pay 4 drink Bill and went up the street. Miss wild wings, but cant trust the food... do consistent for 15 months, then yuck.

1st: I participated in bike ride called Hogsandrags from Fayetteville to wild wings for so many great causes, once we arrived our order was taken, so we waited and waited and was told our orders will be coming shortly, now keep in mind this was a BIG event they knew this was coming, after seeing folks getting dessert and to go boxes we kept asking about our orders well needless to say after hour and half of waiting they notice 3 tables still not eating now the RUSH had others waiters, other waitress, managers oh and the waitress who took our order could not be found, for a moment we thought she QUIT, I dont blame the Hogsandrag event staff, but I fault the the wild wing staff. Get in together Wild wings... Heres ideal if anyone from management notice tables not get there food find out why, that may require you to walk around and check,

My wife and I are locals and were regulars but after our last few visits we decided they dont deserve our business. Food if the order comes out correct and warm is excellent. Atmosphere is awesome as it over looks the water and has and open floor plan. Problems: 1. Both bathrooms are consistly dirty...workers have been seen leaving without wasing their hands. 2. They advertise live music on weekends and the bands are never there. One night I saw the manager pay a band not to play as it was a slow night. 3. The manager sits around BS ing with his friends 4. Staff needs a lesson in customer service...for the most part all they do is stand around. We have resorted to ordering at the bar as the waitress takes 10 minutes to get to your table. 5. We have been to the Augusta, Savanah, and Charleston loctions and those places are all awesome.

Whew, where do I start? Lets start on a good note. The wings were good. Now for the bad. The half rack of ribs was more like a 1/4 rack of ribs. The coleslaw was bad. Tasted sour. The waiter removed it from the table so we would not get sick, however, offered nothing in return. The prices... $3.75 for a 16 oz draft beer. Ribs cost what I would expect to pay for half a rack, not 1/4 rack. Service was horrible, Had to hunt down a server for silverware. Thank heavens he never returned for a beer refill. Total bill for a few wings, 1/4 rack of ribs and two beers - $45. Never again. Should have known something was up when the place was empty at 5pm on Saturday night. They obviously are only concerned about soaking one-time customers. Cant imagine anyone going back for more.

Came here on a sunday night with the girlfriend. We got seated quickly but it seemed that our waiter from the start wanted us and the other 2 tables gone quickly. He asked what we wanted to drink and my girlfriend asked if they had a drink menu, and he replied they did and he just stared at her like she was stupid. After going to get the menu he brought it back he picked up her Id and looked at it and threw it back on the table. The food was decent at best, and right as soon as the food came out he brought our tabs out. We continued to order another round of drinks due to being empty. Simply Wild wings should invest in a drug test due to this guy looking stoned the whole time and probably hire employees that give a crap about who they serve. Terrible

If youre in the mood for a 2.5 hour meal, this place is for you. It took 55 minutes from seating until we got our appetizer. Waitress kept telling us that the computers were shutting down. Unfortunately, thats not my problem. I understand issues happen, but the customer shouldnt be on the hook for it. Then another 45 to get our entrees. Didnt offer anything off the meal. No manager apology - in fact, our waitress hid our experience from him I think on purpose. Nothing bad with the food, just painfully slow. When you see tables seated 30 minutes after you were eat their meals and leave, it doesnt matter how good the food is, it will leave a bad taste in your mouth.
