Showed up on a Sunday with no special events or crowd-drawing sports going on. We were seated and the waitress took our drink order, brought them to us, and we said we needed a minute to look over the menu. After what must have been 10 minutes another waitress came to our table to take our order saying the other waitress wasnt feeling well. This second waitress did a great job and was very friendly, but we did notice that the first waitress was still walking around the restaurant working. There may have been some management issues going on there, but I didnt dock the two stars for this. Really it comes down to the fact that the food was just really mediocre. First, we had a long wait for the food (which our new waitress mentioned and apologized for). When we ate the food it became clear that most of it was finished and sitting out for a while since my wifes boneless wings and both of our fries were room temperature. On top of that, my burger was very overcooked and the bun was stale. Between the two my jaws were about to go on strike. Your mileage will certainly vary if you want to come out and drink and watch sports, but as their meals go, take your business somewhere else.

Terrible service if you come on a busy night. Barely mediocre if you come on a slow weeknight. We come here quite a bit and Ive found the overall service rather inadequate. Tonights miserable experience is what drove me to write a bad review. With the army of wait staff they have you would think we wouldnt have waited 20 minutes to get a hello at the table or a drink order, but after being seated we waited and waited and didnt see a soul. About 15 minutes into waiting at the table, a waitress walks by complaining to and accusing another table because her tip was gone. She disappears and 5 minutes later we just left in hungry frustration, but werent totally defeated. After complaining to a manager we place a take out order and had to wait a full 30 minutes before finally getting the food. Ive given them break after break but they just cant seem to get down an acceptable level of service, Im not sure if the staff is mismanaged or they just dont train their employees or they just dont care. Whichever it is, just dont expect to be served promptly or well.

Terrible customer service! Andrea the bartender was so rude and had a terrible attitude. The manager, Tony, was just as bad completely disregarding the issues and only offering a discount on a future purchase after we specifically told him we werent ever coming back. We werent looking for a free meal or a discount on this visit or a future visit. We were simply requesting they serve a drink that was ordered before the last call which was at 12:30am and they close at 1am. Clearly Andrea the bartender was more interested in getting off work than she was serving customers. The waitress Sache was great and tried to do everything she could to accommodate our party. Unfortunately, the manager dropped the ball and wasnt at all interested in accommodating or hearing our issues as it took him 20 minutes just to come speak to us. We will never return to that location and will never recommend it to anyone.

We hadnt been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in a long time but my husband was craving wings the other night so we dropped by this location to eat. The waitress was friendly but extremely non attentive. I think we saw her maybe three times total if you dont count the two times she ran to get the food she forgot and our silverware after the food had been sitting in front of us for five minutes. Our dinners took so long to come out that I could have bought wings from the grocery store, cooked them, and have eaten them before we even got our plates. Also, I believe wings used to be served in orders of six but now theyre five? Anyway, after being there for nearly two hours and finally paying, another waitress literally brought a trash can into the dining room to bus a table...I thought this was supposed to be a restaurant? Apparently its a McDonalds.

I really thought since most of these post were from a few months ago it would be different. Nope. Wrong. Try again. I went with my wife at 2pm on a Sunday. We went to watch a game, eat some apps, and get a few beers. Our waitress at first was ok. But as we stayed longer the worse it got. I even had to ask other waiters for drinks because she was nowhere to be found. When I saw here I waived at her and she did a side shuffle behind a wall as if I didnt just waive at her. A few times she would pass by my table look at the table and not stop. I purposely placed my empty glass at the end of the table and she still did not stop and ask if I would like another beer. So I would not recommend this b dubs. I will go back to the one in garner. They are much better there.

I gave this place a bunch of chances but finally crossed it off my list. On several cases weve had an order messed up. In one case, we got a set of chicken tenders that must have gone right from freezer to fryer because they were quite literally raw in the middle. That order was replaced but thats it. The service cant quite seem to find a balance between "Hey were over here..." and "Weve barely had any time to eat since you were here last." The main draw is that it was a super fun place to watch a soccer game during the last World Cup. There was a crew in cheering for the Ivory Coast that I figured I had to join in cheering - they were a bunch of fun.

The reviews are true, I have given it 3 tries and the benefit of the doubt, but tonight we waited and waited for our food and watched as other people seated after us got their food. The waitress came by and said she would check on our order.... We waited some more and finally the manager came over and said our food would be out shortly, that the kitchen is really busy tonight. There are a ton of employees in there but they just stand around the front counter hanging out socializing instead of taking care of customers. At least they comped by appetizer..The one in Holly Springs is 100x better. I will never go back to Durham!

Tl;dr -- Manager was extremely rude and used fine print to dodge an advertised special, while insulting my coworker. Went here for lunch to get the 15min special, only to have the food not come out for 45+ minutes. Asked waiter if it was free, was told yes, then the manager proceeded to come out and very rudely and poorly explain that if one person orders anything except the 15min menu, the whole table loses the 15min deal/timing no matter what. He then essentially stated that my coworker was asking for some insane order (15 traditional wings??) And thats why our food took 45min and none of us got it for free.

I dont know why people give this place a hard time in their reviews. If you set your expectations accordingly you will be pleasantly surprised. They serve wings and an extensive list of draft beers whilst showing sports... On every available wall space. This is not a high end restaurant.. If you want that, head across the way to PF Changs. What you get at Buffalo Wild Wings is a damn fine selection of sauces for your wings whilst washing them down with a great selection of beers. My only gripe is they dont offer you a wet wipe to clean your hands of all the delicious sauce.... So I had to lick them clean!
