we visited Buffalo Wild Wings at Park west, Morrisville NC on 1/29/2016 for dinner at 10:14 PM Table 103/1. Our Server was Alexandria. I have visited that place multiple times before from work ad have received nice service every time we were in a work-group. That was the sole reason I took my family there. However the service that night was horrible. Some person (not our server) just got us seated and then no one will come even asking for drink for more than 7 minutes, I had to call one person and she said our server will be with us shortly. after few minutes Alex came, and served us drink, even though we said were ready to order, she went to grab something, and it took her more than few minutes to come back. I asked if the wings come with Carrots and celery (we always get it during lunch) she said she can get us some if we really want. it took 12 more minutes to get the food, and of course no celery or carrots. we asked some one else (as well not see/find Alex anyplace near) and he said you need to talk to your server and just moved on. we had to wave for 3-4 times to finally get her attention when she came and put literally 3 carrot strips and 3 celery strips. thats it. no one will come or refill. the service was very disappointing, we got in the restaurant at 9 and just had some wings, it took us over an hour. Im not sure if I would like to go back or recommend this place to anyone, even if the food was nice. Terrible experience, and it was not because the restaurant was crowded. there were probably 5 small family/groups eating at that time. all of the waiters/waitresses were just talking and dancing by the side of the waiting desk not attending the customers.

The only reason this gets 2 stars is because the food was good. The service however was horrible. Our waiter, Steve, was very rude from the get-go. He seemed like he had too much he had to work on and seemed very rushed. When I was eating, my cup had been empty for a while before he came to check on us. When he came quickly to our table to ask if we needed anything I said I need a refill, my fiance then states that he needs water and a napkin, and it was like the waiter completely ignored my request because he only brought water and a napkin to our table and then quickly ran off to do whatever else he had to do. FYI, I know he heard me because my fiance also heard me from across the table. I then proceeded to put my empty cup at the edge of our table in hope that the waiter would see my cup was still empty. The waiter passed by twice like he was in a rush and neither time stopped to help. So I ended up having to ask another waitress to please get me a refill. Then time came to pay the bill, as my fiance does most times he leaves his wallet with me while he goes to the bathroom and tells me to pay. So the waiter, just having seen that my fiance got up, brought the receipt over, I hand him my fiances card and tell him he can go ahead and take it. The waiter responds with some douchebag comment such as "I take it thats his". Clearly its his it has his picture on it and I was just sitting with him...? Ive never had a waiter or waitress say something like that. Overall our waiter was just plain rude and needs some coaching apparently. It may be a while before I come back to this BWW, I believe Ill just go to the one in Knightdale.

We just had the most insane customer service experience. The server, while Im mid-order said, "uhhh, you can relax". I was completely caught off guard because 1. I was just ordering like I would at any restaurant. I had no tone. I just cut to the chase and said what I wanted because it was technically a substitution (grilled chicken instead of a burger). I figured he could tell me the best way if I communicated exactly what I wanted. 2. Ive never had a server speak to me with such blatant disrespect. So I said, you know what. Ill just leave. And he said "good!" I got up to leave, but I figured Id let the manager know who was working for him. Im always hyper aware of what a server has to go through and I know its a tough job. I tip 20% minimum wherever I go. This guy was just completely out of line. He then followed me to the manager to make sure he got his two cents in about how right he was. Told the guy to look it up on the camera. The manager told him to clock out and leave. He offered to seat us someone else and I agreed. But no one ever came to the table to talk to us. We ended up leaving and will never go back.

Food is okay if they get the order correct. We have tried this location four times dine in and one time take out. The food is always slow. During our second visit I noticed something very odd. About every 15 minutes exactly 2 tables worth of food comes out of the kitchen. EXACTLY 2 tables and no more. I timed it while waiting - we had over 20 minutes to wait for ours as we were one of the first groups in during lunch one day. It did not matter if the table had one patron, 2 patrons or 6 patrons. Only 2 tables would have food served. Then about another 15 minute wait and 2 more tables. Every visit since I have also timed it - same thing always. Now I can not guarantee that all the patrons at any table received all their food or the correct orders as we have yet to have our orders come out exactly as ordered and once one in our party never received their order at all. I have begun to believe that this location has exactly one person working in the kitchen. How else to explain it? Maybe they should let go of some of the wait staff that are standing around doing nothing and hire more kitchen help.

Terrible FOH manager and management. Go to watch fights expecting it to be busy and slow but the inconsistency here is a joke. One fight told cant be seated if my whole party isnt here. 3 of 4 people were there. come to the next fight and majority of the restaurant is comprised of one person sitting at a table waiting for the others in their party to arrive. Line out the door and front of house manager doesnt start taking names on a list until someone from the back puts his name down in front of everyone. A couple tables open up and the manager calls that couple up to a four top to sit at when they were at the back of the line and there are 2 tops opening up. Walk up to manager to say hey man just trying to help you out. You have groups of people waiting and you sit a 2 top at a 4 top. Tells me sorry man. Happens that way. Im trying. Ive worked at restaurants as a server and host. Granted BWW isnt a high class place but youd think a manager would be efficient and effective to maximize profits on a busy night where there isnt a high table turnover.
