Let me say I usually LOVE Wild Wings. It was always my favorite spot to watch sports drink beer with my wife or friends laugh and munch. But I have to say I have never and I mean never had a worse or more rude experience than I just had at the Niagara Falls Boulevard Amherst location and Ive been to restaurants where the motive is rude. It was busy as I went to sit down with my wife at bar area table a waitress Bridget walked by and said to no one but intended for us "Im done taking tables, Im out of here." So we moved to another table unfortunately it was hers as well. She came to the table next to us and I mean 20 inches next to us turned her back to us and took care of the table. She then slid out careful not to make eye contact.We asked 3 other waitresses if they could get us service they all said your server will be right over. Bridget came over ignored us again and i stopped her asked if we could get service she told us Im out of here I just want to get my last tables for her tips i assume. She then reiterated Im not taking anyone else Im out of here. I tried to wave down a waitress hanging out in the waitress area just over the wall Ive had her before but she was to busy talking to notice. Bridget came over again I stopped her and asked for the manager. Now this is 25 to 35 minutes of waiting our friends that arrived ten minutes after us were eating already and no one had even asked for our beer order yet. The manager came over she was nice although 1/2 an hour in and its the first time i saw her on the floor and folks I was trying hard to get someone and looking even harder. She said it was very rude let me make up to you, but frankly how do you make up treating a guest like dirt for more than a half an hour? I was pissed and my time was ruined and I lacked the extra time (we to get home to our son) to have her make it up to me and to be honest it was her job to have someone taking care of the section, and not letting Bridget turn folks away because she wanted to be out of there, but still get her last tips of the night. Let finish by saying I consider my self a nice guy I know my wife is. I knew my order before I came in Im a regular, and I always, I mean always tip the servers 20% or more. I know how hard they work and I as I said it was my favorite hang out. But I have never been treated more rudely than I was tonight for such a long period of time and despite my best efforts to to resolve the issue by asking other waitress for help could not. BUT having to ask BRIDGET of all people to get the manager made it even worse. If she doesnt want to serve tables get her off the floor but of course the a manager would have to actually walk around the floor to notice that. Ill go back as i said i enjoyed but if you go tell the people at the door dont BRIDGET me.

First of all, the food was alright. The waitress I had was horrible. She seemed nice when my family meet her but later on, she totally screwed up my familys orders. So, my mother got a salad and they didnt give her a fork. How is she suppose to eat a salad without a fork. What, they want her to eat her salad with her hand? Anyways, my family tried getting that waitresses attention but she didnt even see our hands up in the air! My mother had to get up and ask for a fork and she finally got her fork. So later on, the waitress came with our food. She had the wrong order of chicken wings. Again, we raised our hands and no one came to help us. So my mother hand to get up AGAIN and ask. When the waitress came we told her what was wrong. My cousin was speaking to her and she just picked the chicken wing basket up and walked away when my cousin wasnt done speaking to her. The waitress came back with our right order and her face was mad. When we wanted our check, she wasnt around. She was talking to her friends behind the bar. And so AGAIN MY MOTHER HAD TO GET UP AND ASK FOR THE CHECK. I thought the waitress was suppose to do that? Oh guess what, that waitress was behind the bar talking. When my family goes out to eat, my mother usually gives the waitresses a $10 tip but this time, it was horrible so my mother only gave that waitress a $1. I will never go back to this place again

Would have given 0 stars if I could. The server was rude! Their menu states refills are free but the server said not all of them are. And to top it off they were out of onion rings and BURGERS! Who runs out of burgers? Especially when its half your menu! We were told they were out of several things but we could get chicken or a black bean patty, we dont know what else they were out of cause we got up and left. The server didnt even apologize! And said shed grab our check. Our check? She just brought our drinks to the table, we hadnt even opened our daughters chocolate milk and my husband and I only took a sip of our drinks. Sorry, not sorry, but I refuse to pay for drinks we took sips of and had to leave because they were out of half their menu! So we left before she brought us our check! Absolutely HORRIBLE!

I had the unfortunate experience of visiting your Amherst restaurant this evening. Upon entering, the host was very rude and came off hostile. This is not the level of customer service that is acceptable in the least. Despite the hour long wait, I would have stayed for dinner if not for the irritability and poor attitude I was met with at the door. This gave me low expectations for the service I would have received had I decided dine. You really need to rethink your training strategies and hiring practices. I do not normally leave reviews, but this situation was unacceptable and left me thinking that I would not return to Buffalo wild wings in the future.

Awful service. Flying in for business on a Sunday night. I go to B Dubs to catch the end of one of the 3 afternoon NFL games. Get in there, and I dont see it on any of the TVs. The hostess seats me and I ask if my game is on. About 8 minutes left in the 4th quarter. Hostess tells me to ask my server. Wait. Wait. Wait. About 10 minutes (real time) before the server gets to me. I order the game and my drink. Game finally gets put on right before the 2 minute warning. Repeat the long wait to get my food order taken, and at lease a 20 minute wait on the wings.

OK so I might be a little biased because I live 1/2 block away, but regardless of that... wow! This little bar is wonderful! Once a complete dive complete with questionable crowd and cleanliness, it has been transformed into a great spot, completely refinished, with polished wood molding, flat screen TVs but still retains its unpretentious feel. For locals:The owner bar tends quite a bit and remembers you and your drink. For those coming from afar: Its just as welcoming shell try to remember your favorite drink for your next time back.
