Went to lunch with the guys from work. Sat for 40 min then server informs my friend that they are out of the type of sandwich he ordered and to choose another. Why did it take so long to find that out? Another few min pass and sever tells different person in our group that they are out of the soup he ordered, this time he chose to skip it and to get the check now as time was important. A few min pass and food comes. I ordered the B Dubs Potato Stack and it was so salty that it was inedible. The chicken was supposed to be on the dish but I couldnt find more than a few pieces. Awful. Another in our party got a sandwich with the steak fries as a side. Steak fries were absent. When he questioned the server she brought back steak. STEAK. And get this, the shaved steak was so salty that we passed it around the table as a dare! All persons in party that got sandwiches were not happy with their order. The manager was there I saw him. When we noticed how awful our lunch was, man did he disappear! We all like BWW. That is what prompted this review. Poor show Niagara Falls branch, very poor. You were not busy so there is absolutely no excuse for this. Worst dining experience in recent memory.

Never a fan of waiting for a beer. Especially over 30 minutes when its not busy. I frequent many Bwws across the nation and this is by far the worst experience of any. I will be looking for a different one in the Buffalo area. 45 mins later now. Changed my two stars to one. Didnt want to be that harsh because I love bww. But this place absolutely sucks. Couldnt imagine coming here on a game day. Dont waste your time people

The managers are clearly too young and unassertive. The teenage employees run the show. I watched one clearly on drugs lick ones ear, and put handcuffs on another. Upon leaving I saw him and 2 other employees laying on the pavement smoking (cigarettes, whatever, but totally unprofessional)... This place needs some harsh or strong managers or it WILL sink. The punk staff runs the show and it is way too evident.

Excellent service!! My servers name was Bobby in Niagara Falls, NY. She was amazing. My pregnant wife wasnt feeling well right after our food came so we had to leave suddenly. On our way to the car, Bobby ran out with our food in a to go box. Thanks alot!! Wish there were more thoughtful and considerate people in the world like her. Im definitely going back. And food was great too.

Its a Buffalo Wild Wings. With that being said its a disgrace to the Buffalo Wild Wings Im used to going to. Service was continental drift slow, drinks were incorrectly made (I was told it was the bartenders first day), according to the manager they ran out of bread so he or whoever orders is obviously a genius. I was there on a Tuesday.

Worst experience ever .....bartender nadine was rude and wouldnt wait on you was to busy standing there doing nothing and the sad thing is she only had 6 people at the bar to wait on I suggest never going there if you expect fast and respectful service she would only rather wait on old men before giving a girl a drink

It was empty when we went, no specials going on. Decent service, the only thing keeping me going to BWW is their quality of food, it sure isnt the service. I dont know what it is about BWW, but most of the time service is mediocre at best. but I still recommend it. (BTW try the Blazin sauce, it has a bit of a kick!)

The wings are great, the customer service is great, any other food I had besides the salad is gross. Trust me, if you wanna go there watch a nice game eat wings its great, Id advise you to stay away from the other over priced nasty food though. :)

Came here during happy hour after shopping at the outlet...nkt many people here so service was fast and accurate. Server was very friendly and management came over to make sure everything was going well. Great visit.

Its your generic trying to be Buffalo food place. Wings are small and undercooked every time. Good choice of sauces and dry rubs. Drink prices are high even at happy hour. Food is the same. Bit high for the quality.

Good service, great food. Go on Tuesdays for half price traditional wings, or Thursday for 65 cent boneless wings. If youre can eat a lot, Monday is unlimited wings.
