Bad quality food, but even WORSE SERVICE. My family and I came here to have lunch, the place looked nice and clean from outside so we decided to walk in. We were seated fairly quickly. Our waiter was a Hispanic man probably in hes 30s, he seemed annoyed the moment he saw us. He took our food and beverage order. When he brought our food most of it was way overcooked and some was too seasoned, even the meat on one of the plates had gone bad. We explained to him the issues we were having with our food. He said the manager would be back to speak with us. The manager was a young slim Hispanic man with gray hair. When he got to our table we explained to him our dislike for the food and the bad meat, he said he would take the bad meat out of the check and left. The waiter returned to the table and did beverage refills, as he did this he was grunting and making faces as if he was disgusted. He than asked if everything was ok and my mother confronted him and expressed her dissatisfaction for his hostile attitude. He said he would have the manager return to our table. The manager came back, this time I spoke with him. I made clear that our experience with the food was no where near as bad as it was with his staff. He said he could have the waiter come so we can discuss everything. I told him that was unnecessary since we didnt want to argue. This experience was one of the WORSE weve had not because of the food but because of the ATTITUDE of the staff (including the manager). I would NOT recommended this place unless there is a CHANGE in management.

A group of us decided to try this place out. After eating out of a hotel room for 5 days we needes a change. The chips and salsa were great, the quest was more like white cheddar velvetta cheese. After going over the combos menu for a while we all decided. Waitress didnt use a pad to take our order and I was skeptical but she said she had it. Food arrived in a timely manner. The food we received seemed like a very cheap microwave meal. I ordered a chalupa, tamale and burrito. The tamale was so thick and empty inside it was disappointing. The chalupa was a tostada, and the waitress argued with me that it was a chulapa.. flat hard shell with beans and lettuce... you tell me what that is. Lastly the burrito, the only thing on my plate worth eating, and that was even really all that special. My friends as well all had something wrong with their orders as well. I knew she should have wrote our orders down. But the atmosphere was great. Thats about it.

basic service! !! went here today for a margarita because its national margarita day. well after being told the margarita I wanted couldnt be made because they were out of the liquor needed to make it. the server who was also bartending suggested I get the 2.99 margarita my friend got so I said ok Ill get that strawberry flavored. drink comes tastes it. its TRASH. ok fine its 2.99 Ill drink it and be happy...untill I notice that theres a machine behind the bar with prefixed margarita blend in it. so not only is my drink trash the guy didnt even actually make it. he just pulled a lever and it pored for him. and the food well I ordered grilled chicken nachos. Took to long. went up to the bar to cancel my order bartender server guy just ignored me, so I dropped a ten on the table and left.Ill never go back. Im done.

So they claim to close at 10:00pm and 11:00 pm but they turn off the open sing 40 minutes before closing and dont event take Togo orders if you call. We got there 30 minutes before the close the restaurant! They literally refuse to serve us! With a full bar of customers and tables around! DONT LIE ABOUT YOUR business HOURs AND MAKE PEOPLE DRIVE TO You location. If you dont what to be bother close your place!!! The old bartender has no personally and no customer skills. HE JUST DONT CARE ONE OF THE SERVER AND THE MANAGER TRY TO TELL ME WHY THEY TRY CLOSE OR TURN OFF THE OPEN SING LIGHT 30-40 minutes before closing time. There is not a good enough to excuse!!! TAKE RESPONSIBILITY PEOPLE!!! Food is great, SERVICE SUCKs! Good thing is business like that close their doors on not time!

Bad service and bad food. I actually tried this place about 3 times before I finally decided to post a review. Waiters are mostly jerks, all what they do is take the order, they wouldnt waste a second of their time with the customer to tell him whats in the dish, or how it is cooked. They rush their customers, you just started on the appetizers and they dump the main course on the table. They dont clean the table and throw the check on it without even asking you if you want something else. Very rude attitude. Forget about the food, many of the dishes we had either tasted like it just got out of the microwave or pretty much cold. A lot of the dishes arent even cooked Mexican style anyway. After eating, we get the bloated sensation and stomach pain into the next day. I will never repeat again.

We went here a couple weeks back and ordered a #3 combo, the service was quick and friendly. The combo came with an enchilada (asked for it to be cheese), a taco, a chile relleno, and rice/beans. The food was hot, tasty, and the chile relleno was the best that Ive had since I was in California. HOWEVER, we just went back last night and the service was slow even though they were not busy, our combos did not come with rice or beans (even though the menu said that they did), the plates which are usually very hot were barely warm. And to top it all off our waiter charged us $1 extra for ordering our enchilada as cheese. This place is not consistent in its quality of food or service! Very very disappointing. This place is not worth giving business to.

Came in for lunch and was rather disappointed. I was alone so it shouldnt have taken as long as it did to get my food. The restaurant was pretty slow too. Overall time was over 1:15 for one person and I ordered an express combo. Then, I had to wait for about ten minutes to get my check, and even though payment was in hand, it took about another 10 for the waiter to collect the tab. This was actually beneficial to me, since I noticed that he had overcharged me. He did correct it, though. The reason I gave this 2 stars was because the margaritas were good and they were only $3.00 each. The food on the other hand was soggy, mis-advertised, flavorless, and overly greasy. I would not recommend this for lunch, whatsoever.

After driving to the restaurant to place a to-go order and waiting on it, we returned home to find that they did not provide our order correctly. When my husband called the store, rather than an apology and asking how they could correct the situation, they told us that WE were wrong, and we would have to pay to get our order correct. All we were missing was the rice... but rather than correcting the situation and keeping a customer for a minimal cost, they have now lost a customer. We were very upset with their attitude towards us, and my husband was very clear about what he was ordering. Obviously someone did not take the time to listen close enough. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
