One of the best little known places in Mt. Pleasant. First & Foremost, Fantastic Food; They have a wide variety of pastries and coffees each so delicious its hard to pick a favorite. The regular breakfast/lunch menu offers everything from healthy choices to decadent delights. However, the most important aspect of this enchanting place would be the staff. I cant think of any other way to say it but they are most friendly and outgoing. Without rushing you they make you feel at home. Five stars all around for this nice bistro addition to Mt Pleasant family. Ill be back tomorrow for breakfast

The staff here is quite friendly without being pushy. The music isnt too loud. Good lighting. There is both inside and outside seating. There are tables for groups, bistro style tables for couples, and window breakfast bar style seating. Drip coffee and water are self-serve, and there is also a variety of coffee drinks that staff can make. Once you are done you recycle what you can, dispose of your trash, and place your plates in the bin. American sized portions. The menu is ample and well rounded. A good selection of pastries and bread items. A charming café!

If I could give less than one star I would. The main lady behind the counter was very unwelcoming, pushy & unhelpful. When you order a quiche, it is the tiniest microwaved piece possible. The menus has a 1, 2 & 3 quiche option. It states quiche not sample slice. We paid $10 for small bites of quiche & $5 for the worst chai latte Ive ever had. We got our order to go & it took 20 minutes to get the smallest slices of microwaved quiche that was still cold in the center.

Youre right .. same business, but the other location. Apologies for that error (see how easy it is to apologize for a mistake). But your response and tone make me confident Id experience the same service on Long Grove. My poor service was at the Belle Halle location, not long point. Still a rude response, but go and experience it for yourself. Done with this back and forth BS

A little slice of France with the friendliest service in recent memory. I had a delicious crepe and almond croissant. Yum! My only criticism is that the bacon in the crepe was a bit tough, like beef jerky. The bacon took too much chewing compared to the rest of the yummy crepe. If it were cut thinner, itd be fine and 5 stars. Wish I could give 4.5 now.

This place is amazing! The iced mocha puts chain coffee to shame. The quiche is excellent & my daughters loved the croissants and hot chocolate. The atmosphere is relaxed, yet trendy with a twist of southern charm. Too many choices but any choice will be the right one at this little gem.

We have visited this cafe multiple times, and never been disappointed. The food and coffee is of an excellent quality and the prices are fair for what you get. If youre interested in trying realistic french styled foods and pastries this is your place!

When buying their pastries to take home they put it in a dirty brown paper bag which draws all the butter, oils, out and on to whatever the bag come in contact with. I was told by a worker there that the owners are too cheap to buy waxed pastry bags.

AMAZING pastries. We brought four kids, when we sat down, the waitress brought over four little cups of cocoa, a little tea party for the kids (we didnt ask for this, and it was free). It was so, so sweet. Unbelievable food, unbelievable service.

Best chocolate croissant since my childhood!! Quiche so fluffy it falls apart with a side of fruit for a palate cleanser and a toasty on the outside fluffy in the inside blueberry scone. Add tea or coffee and youve got the best breakfast in town.

I stopped in for a cafe au lait and an almond croissant to go. The almond croissant alone deserves 5 stars! It reminded me of Paris. The staff was also professional and friendly. Ill have to try their breakfast next time Im in Charleston.

What a pleasant surprise! My husband and I had brunch here and absolutely loved it. I had a gluten-free savory crepe that was both huge and delicious. Thank you for having a gluten-free option. We will be coming back many more times soon!

Its hands down the most amazing place in Mt.P for breakfast. If I lived in Charleston still, Id weigh 1,000 pounds, cause I would be eating at the Is cute little French bakery EVERY SINGLE MORNING. Iced coffee is also good.
