Bad service and mediocre food. Surprized me since they took 40 minuted to deliver a couple of sandwiches, with the restaurant being empty. But what really surprised me was being yelled at by the psychotic cashier who decided to spell all her anger and dissatisfaction with her own life on the customer. I got the check and though it was 10$ over what we ordered. So I decided to ask. Screaming her lungs, the cashier yelled at me "dont know know you St***d American that this is Miami Beach and the tip is included in the check, dont waste my time, pay and leave!" I said "no lady I did not know, all you needed to say was that the tip was included.. I have been to places where the tip is included", and it would have been over. But the cashier was using drugs perhaps and could not stop. She had to let me know that in New York, Boston, L.A. tips are included in the check. "sorry lady, I have been to a couple of those cities you have mentioned and the tip is to the discretion of the customer to leave according to the level of service one gets". She could not stop the yelling, turned red. She finally threw my bill at me and left to the back room provably to get "a fix" on her substance abuse. I did not leave a tip. And I will also be careful of asking these people to prepare food for you. With that kind of attitude going inside that establishment spitting on peoples foods must be common practice. And when you get the bill they treat you like you are doing THEM a favor for being there (this last attitude seems to be prevalent in most of Miami Beach).

This has to be the worse place I have been to. I ordered for my children after the waitress had told me what was on the children’s menu as they dont have childrens menus printed, my husband ordered for himself, then I placed my order. A short while after my husband got his I did my order. It was a further 20 minutes my children were still waiting (6 & 9 years old), so I asked the woman, to be told "you never ordered anything for the children!!!" UNHAPPY is an understatement. A dirty looking from inside be very careful! This has to be the worse place I have been to. Visit 1: Delicious and friendly. My 3 person group had 20 minutes to eat and Nadia (host/waiter) and John (cook) taken care of us really well and promptly. Nadia was especially wonderful, accommodating and entertaining. Visit 2: Ordered crepes with smoked salmon for breakfast. After a bit, we were told no appropriate crepes available. Other crepes were suggested, we accepted. What came out of the kitchen was underwhelming, to say the least. Friend ordered vegetarian crepe with mushrooms. First time, it came with chicken, second with no mushrooms, third try was as ordered. However friend could barely try it, as it was unappetising. Another person from my party got sick during our walk back to hotel and could not keep it down once we made it, spending entire morning in bed.

We are not from the area and were browsing around for a place to eat (and park) As luck would have it, there was a parking spot in front of this little shop. Its the main reason we went in. Lucky for us! It looks like just a little bakery, but the menu was actually surprisingly large with pasta, wraps, sandwiches and more. The service was also Excellent (with a capital "E") with the server, Sandrine, taking perfect care of us! They did, however, apparently just launch their new menu this morning, and did take a bit of extra time to get the food out. This did not at all detract from our experience. And the food? Tasty deliciousness! Well probably be returning again for lunch tomorrow!

Excellent food with disgusting ownership. I am a vegetarian, I ordered a sandwich...after eating half of my order, I asked the waiter to tell me if this is bacon. He apologizes. The OWNER argues with me that there is NO BACON pig inside of my sandwich. He does NOT apologize but insists I am wrong, server agrees with me. Great server...HORRIBLE management! I come here, r should I say used to come here as of today; 2-3 times a week for over one year. Please do not give them business...very ungrateful! After months of not returning, I returned today, Sunday, August 11th 2013, 1:00pm EST. THERE WAS GLASS IN MY SMOOTHIE. WHEN I LEFT, I ASKED TO TIP THE WAITER, HE POCKETED*** THE TIP.

Receiving 2 stars just because of good service. I am a tiramisu fanatic. It is one of my many favorite desserts. It hurt to pay almost $9.00 ($8.61 to be exact; that includes tax) for a stale tiramisu. The marscapone cream filling was yellowing and hard like it had sat exposed to air for days. The ladyfingers were dry and stale as well. Definitely a disappointment. I love Le Macarons macarons so i skipped on trying Astrid and Stephanies ridiculously priced ($2.90) macaron, mind you it is the size of a quarter. Take this as constructive criticism if your going to charge almosy $9 for a tiramisu it should be on point. What I bought today shouldnt of even been for sale.

Viel zu teuer! Too expensive!

The display of pastries was not enticing in any way. I wasnt sure how long they had been sitting there throughout the day. Also, nothing there was labeled with a price or description. Regardless, I ordered a piece of chocolate cake (going against my better judgement). It was almost $8. It was a thin, small slice of cake. I have not ever been charged that much for a slice of cake EVER! The cake itself wasnt bad but NOTHING extraordinary. And for $8 it better be EXTRAORDINARY. I dont recommend going here unless you dont mind wasting money.

Waste of money. I ordered a Cesar Salad with a Baked Brie. The salad had no dressing, just a bit of parmesan cheese on it. And they used the wrong kind of lettuce, making the whole ordeal not pleasant. And the baked brie was not baked. Baked brie is supposed to be in a puff pastry, with maybe some apricot jam on the side. There was a slice of brie cheese microwaved in my box. Disgusting. And I had it delivered, to be paid in cash, but the delivery guy had no clue whether I had to pay or not.
