this place is awful i mean i wish i could give it zero stars its so bad, my girlfriend and i ordered the guy who keeps saying papi all the time forgot our order, not to mention he flashed his money in front of us for no reason. like he was trying to impress me, dont waste your money or time going to this place it is horrid without a doubt, i hope the owner reads this i hope he comments back on my post and i would love to have a discussion with him on how this place

AWFUL!! The walls were dirty and the staff just hung around the bar. The worst part was the food. My beef tacos & my husbands taco supreme were drenched in oil. I have a stomach ach (2) hours later. My husband sent his back and I should have done the same. I have been to all (3) Mexican restaurants in Mt. P and this one is so bad. I shouldve guessed when I saw the flies.

I have been here 3 times and have never eaten. I have never been served. Each time I am sat, chips are forces in my face, and then I wait for a server that never comes. 10 or so waiters walked by. None checked on us. None offered us drinks. The manager didnt care. The service is terrible if I cant even get a drink. I thought to give them this last try, but never again.

My Husband takes me to lunch or dinner here weekly. The staff is amazing. The food is outstanding with plenty to take home. Our favorite server brings our sweet tea in frosted mugs. This is our local hangout. Our family of 9 enjoy the atmosphere, music, sports, and authentic Mexican cuisine. Try La Hacienda you wont go anywhere else in Mt. Pleasant. Paula Forbes

Just passing through and needed a place to eat. Since I enjoy Mexican, I chose this place. The food was nothing spectacular and I could say the same for the service. No questions about how my meal was, if I needed a drink refill or more chips/salsa. Probably would not be a regular, even if I lived in the area.

Used to really enjoy La Ha about 10 years ago but had found a place that served frozen margaritas and frequented there instead. I stopped by this location for a quick bite and really enjoyed my lunch special. Nice presentation, service and food at this newer, classier location.

Slow service, poor service, smaller portions that Rio Chico or other La Haciendas in the area and this gas been a constant theme across multiple visits. Tried to give this place a chance, multiple chances, but wont make that mistake again.

This is one step up from taco bell. Nothing close to authentic. The food is not bad when your other option is McDonalds, but if your looking for an authentic Mexican meal you will not find it in the Charleston area.
