This chipotle turned my Tuesday night into the worst eating experience of the year. Highlights: * 40 minutes of waiting in the line (which wasnt even that long, like 15 people). The staff just werent in a rush. * The mens bathroom was closed. "Sorry, its closed" is all that I got. * Once I finally got to order, I found out that half of the ingredients are gone. I couldnt order steak or salad. * The chicken I decided to order was half-burned. * The amount of food I got was 75% of what Im used to in other chipotles (Im not kidding, I had to eat another meal later on). Ill go to other chipotles, but not to this one ever again.

So this location is small but extremely busy. Waits can be long. As for the food, its standard Chipotle. They do seem to have cut back as they now they ask "cheese or sour cream" where before, everything was included except guacamole. This location had a non working fountain for coke. Parking can be awful at this location. Located on the second floor.

Nice place but employees werent too friendly as I had questions about some items on menu but the staff seemed to be more interested in attending to others. When I got home with my order it was bland and seemed just thrown together. I could have prepared the same thing at home which would have been more flavorful, such a disappointment.

I love Chipotle in general, so 4 stars automatically. The 5th star is because the staff here always seem to be having a great time, even just working the line. Theyre very pleasant with the customers and each other. It could all just be some elaborate corporate conspiracy to keep customers coming back, but, hey, its working.

The food here is easily the healthiest fast food restaurant of all. And you get the biggest bang for your buck. Oh, and the food is actually good! This Chipotle isnt slow service, its just largely visited like the ones in Oakland and Market Square. These other reviewers like Lisa are freaking morons. Ignore them.

Food is good enough but their online ordering sucks. There is only one line so you basically just have to cut to the front of the main line. Awkward. And they never start making the food until you actually get to the store, so you still have to wait.

Ordering ahead is always a good idea here, as the line cam get long. The worst part about this location is the parking lot, which is cramped and chaotic. Good Chipotle though, always a solid wrap so dont hesitate to get a burrito!

Simple ingredients, uncomplicated menu, great variety and good value. Chips and salsa is good. So good. Ridiculous lines at peak times. Chipotle on Baum is probably less busy and only a few minutes drive away.
