I have given this chick fil a way too many chances, but they always, always disappoint, food wise they are good thats why the one star, but, customer service wise, wow. I have been giving the wrong food more than once, so I have to drive back and get the right order, they have charge me for things and then they turn out missing or just completely ignored my requests. I wish this changed thats why I keep trying, also they are the closest to me but Im DONE, I rather drive all the way to the one in Shrewsbury.

Im from atlanta. This chick fil a is not capable of a timely order other than one biscuit. Over the last 6 weeks I have tried several times. To order about 10 chick biscuits. Ive tried calling ahead. They dont always answer but if they do it helps. Dont go here for large orders. This would never be an issue in atlanta.

Most of us all know unless you have lived under a rock, how amazing Chick-fil-A food is. This specific restaurant is awesome the manager all the way down to the person sweeping and mopping are so friendly so respectful and it is super clean in this store! Thank you so much Chick-fil-A on loucks Road for being awesome

As a parent with three young children we love the play place. Its a bit small and can get crowded at times but was well design for parents and kids needs. Its a bit out of our way but we keep coming back for this reason. Staff is always friendly and the place is kept clean.

Woman working there saw body mods and immediately ignored my order. I was talked down at like a toddler who just learned to babble. They are so lucky I didnt speak my mind. True apology comes from meaningful words not a five dollar gift card and a fake smile. Never coming back.

For starts I cant believe they got rid of their cole slaw. Next I am amazed by the lack of knowledge of what is in their chicken salad. It was dirty and filled with extremely rude people ( not blaming chick-fil-a for that, just ashamed of our human race)!!!

Its Chick-fil-A, whats not to like. Everytime I go to this one, the service is extremely fast and top-notch. Most times my credit card isnt even done processing before my food is brought to me.
