I typically order from Dominos but I thought I would give PizzaHut a chance since I have eaten from there in years. I ordered one pizza and breadsticks online on a Friday at 6:24pm. After I finished ordering Im told that I should expect my food at 7:20pm, almost a FULL hour after order. I found this quite surprising giving the fact that I usually get my Dominos pizza within 30-45mins and that location is further out from my house than the PizzaHut is. So 7:20pm comes and goes and at 7:28pm I call the PizzaHut asking where my food is. They tell me that my food is ready but it wont be another HOUR till its delivered. At that point I told them to just cancel the order and I learned my lesson to NEVER order from them again! But then at 8:15pm the pizza delivery guy shows up at my door. I was like I canceled the pizza almost an hour ago. He apologizes and says possibly that I can get a discount for it. I was like ok, whats the discount? He calls the store and they were able to get me about half off the order so they were able to make a terrible situation a little better. Order with caution and know that youll be waiting 1.5-2hrs for your pizza.

Ordered a pizza for delivery, along with breadsticks and soda. Delivery took over an hour, (estimated time was 45 minutes, and the delivery location was one mile away) and when the driver got here he gave some half-excuse, implying that he had accidentally given our pizza to the wrong customer, or that some other mix-up had occurred. He also very obviously checked the tip that I left on my credit receipt before walking back to his car, which struck me as pretty rude. The pizza itself was only luke-warm by the time we got it, but the big upsetting surprise was that the "marinara sauce" that came with our breadsticks was just red colored water. A very poor experience, all-in-all.

This was the slowest service ever. I ordered the pizza at 1:30 pm and it didnt arrive until 3:30. I will never eat at Pizza Hit again. Papa Johns, Little Cesars, dominos will all get my business before this place. The pizza was cold and disgusting. The management at the store was horrible and uncooperative as well as the person who answered the phone and the delivery guy. $15.00 dollars an hour my A$$. You people dont deserve a buck an hour.

I have called this store to place an delivery order, The person who picked the phone have an attitude , he was acting very rude, he doesnt know how to deal with customer. Moreover , my delivery take I hr and 13 min although Im located 1.3 mile away from the store. Pizza Hut Management, I like your pizza , but please be more careful when you hiring your employees.

This place is always a last resort when Im hungry. The mexican manager is the rudest, the service Is ok, and the atmosphere needs a change. some employes walk around in regular clothes and just look dirty. This is not what I want to see when Im eating. It almost as bad as going to someones house for thanksgiving and they have roaches...

I placed an order on phone today at 12:29. When my wife gets there for pick up ,she was told there was no order placed. I spoke with two of the workers and both women customer services were so rude and refuse to give neither thiers name nor their managers name. The later hang up the phone on me. I will never be a pizza hut customer.

Absolutely do NOT go here. The store manager Shawn (who refused to give me his last name or his bosses name) messed up my carry out order and refused to refund me the money and told me I was "being ridiculous" and also to "come down here if you have a problem". I am horrified by the customer service and lack of respect I received.

Possibly the worst place to order food from in MoCo. Food was super late on multiple occasions so we called and they ignored each time. The one time they didnt just put me on hold forever, they actually told me that they just werent going to deliver it. If there is a manager even there, he was most likely trained by a 3 year old.

Horrible, we tried to review our order but she asked for our number so we had to check and we asked if we can call later.when we called again the lady got mad and was yelling saying that if we call again there was going to be a problem so we called in a different phone and she didnt even listen and just hung up

Not quite like the old days, but still good. The sauce has gotten pretty salty, the dough is a little dry and the cheese is quite scarce. However, Pizza Hut still makes an excellent base pizza product and they have a ton of options. Just bring it back to its glory days and Ill go back to my weekly patronage.

Worse customer service ever, they dont even pick the phone up, I waited almost 2 hours for my order and I had to drive up there and see what happened and the workers there look beyond clueless, they need to ether shut that place down or hire someone from somewhere good to restore that place ASAP

Dont understand how this place is still open. Theres other places to get pizza from in the immediate area. No reason to waste your time or energy coming here. Squisitos and Jerrys are only a short drive away from here and their pizza is just as good.

Terrible service. Ordered a pizza , they took the money off my card, and then failed to deliver the pizza. 2 hours later, no one answers the phone, due to caller id. What type of scam are they trying to pull??? Should be shut down, asap.

THE worst pizza hut Ive ever been to. They take an hour or more to deliver 3 miles away. When picking up they take 40+ minutes to make one pizza. And when you do go in there the place is run down and tired looking. Avoid this one.

This place "Rocks" pizzas are cooked perfect, the taste is excellent and the staff is consistent. There no surprises here. From what Ive seen, most customers order "take out" by people of ALL walks of life. May all benefit.

Please do not order from this particular Pizza Hut they had me on hold for 30 minutes all I wanted to do was order a pizza the guy came back and put me back on hold . I was tired of waiting so I hang the phone up

this pizza hut is not for dining in! A few dirty tables, pizza in the box with paper plates, no paper towels or toilet paper, No buffet, just an empty space. Slow service, food not great either. keep driving!
