Tried this place last night and have the following comments: Pros: 1) Very friendly person at the counter. She was busy but friendly and efficient. I felt if I needed to make any modifications or requests, the staff would try to accommodate. 2) Clean casual but comfortable environment. Cons: 1) I felt the prices for the quality / quantity was overpriced. I bought the reuben sandwich and shrimp salad along with cole slaw. Yes, they are both tasty but I felt for the current price, the sandwiches should have had more meat (portions not stingy but not what I expected) and the cole slaw portion puny (should have been at least double / triple the size). The sizes of my sandwiches were no where what I have seen posted on other websites. I wished I took a picture of both of my sandwiches and posted them somewhere so the owner could have validated if these are the correct sizes but I have had bigger sandwiches (similar quality) at lower prices at other places. Misc: 1) I also had the extra large cheese pizza. Everybody has their own opinion of what a good pizza should be. I am not a pizza fanatic; however, I would rate the pizza decent. The flavor was good and I was happy the pizza had a good amount of sauce. I personally would have preferred more cheese but I cant fault this place for what I received, Ideas for improvement: A place that has potential to be very good but they need to make some changes. My suggestion to stand out from the competition is to: a) Either decrease the prices of the sandwich prices by $1.50 to $2 under the current size of the sandwiches OR b) Increase the portion size of each item 50% more at current prices OR c) Include cole slaw / potato salad / or something else at the current price / portion size of the sandwich (sandwiches currently come with a pickle). Just my opinion of course....

Their check-in promotional machine is not working properly and seems to me it is decieving customers for a free piazza. I have been there more than twenty times and checked in on that device. But it always says there are 5 waits left or there are 6 waits left and like that. it indicates wrong number of visits. It is decieving people. And They are so slow to serve customers. Even though I always call about 15 min before to get there for pick up but once i get there i am mostly wait there another 5 - 10 mins I dont know why i give a call earlier for pick-up

I wouldnt call this place a deli. Its a pizza and sub shop. Its very good. The chicken parm sub was awesome. The fries are some of the best in the area. Update: Ive now been here a bunch of times and ordered a bunch of differnt things. Everything is great. One of the only places that does a Sicilian pizza in the area and they do it well. Fries are still my favorite item. They also have like a 7 mile delivery radius which is amazing. I changed my rating from 4 starts to 5.

Cheese steak was very meaty and nicely done, I think that it may be the best in the area. Fries were hot, crispy, and delicious. Ill be stopping back to try some of the other things on the menu. Plus, the staff was fast, and friendly. As for the prices, they are very much on par with the other places, and a couple of bucks more than the golden arches. They dont have 5 dollar foot longs, but the quality is at a higher level.

This is a below average restaurant. We decided to give the place a try after seeing it open for a few months. The staff was very non-customer focused. The food was average and small portions of meat. The meal was served on white paper-plates (like 1) that my parents used in the 1970s . For the price, I would say it was not a high-value meal. We wont be stopping back given there are other places with better sandwiches.

The food is OK. Standard sub shop fare. I recommend the pizzas and the Beef Brothers Sandwich. I would not recommend the wings. I have ordered them twice. Both times they were dry and overcooked and came with no sauce on the. On food alone I would give 3-4 stars, but the incredible services and the delivery option, both of which are rare in this area, bump this place up to five stars. Thanks BB!

Love this place, I work across the street from here, we order here a number of times a month. The food is always delish. the staff is always friendly, I have no problem with the portions. I worked in a Deli and it seems normal to me the amount placed on both sandwiches and subs. Thanks for providing great food and great service!

My husband and I ordered a Steak and cheese and a salad/w breaded chicken etc. 2 slices of pizza.. Overall my chicken in the salad was way to overcooked.. My husband said the cheese steak had absolutely no flavor.. However.. The lettuce in my salad was fresh. The pizza was super

Burgers were OK, but the fries were terrible, skinny, mushy, and oily. Beware, if you go on half price burger day, they charge extra for cheese. Glad we did carry-out; there is zero atmosphere and the table where we waited was sticky.

Would give more stars but they do not put enough meat in sandwiches. I read on previous comment they offer a double meat option, I dont think you should have to pay more money to get a normal amount of meat in sub.

Food was good when it first opened but you can tell they have cut back on quality. Chicken Parm Sub use to be great, now its full of cheap chicken with rubbery fat. Very overpriced for the quality of food

Was just OK. Prices were very high compared to portion size, and they made my Reuben wrong. How do you screw that up? Wont be trying again. Staff was friendly and location was very clean.

Great food. If you order ahead of time and get fries, know that they wait to cook your fries until you get there. They serve shoestring fries, so they need to cook them last minute.

Staff was really nice. The tuna doesnt have a lot of mayonnaise but is nice because its chunky but not dry at all. The fries were really good too. Cant wait to try and reuben.

Good wings, great pizza. Only issue is the price of the toppings, which are a bit high imo. Tuesdays are half price burgers and thats a great deal.

Solid pizza offering. Not the greatest pizza ever, but for an average, everyday Thursday you wont do much better. A good pizzeria for NY style.
