Heather Sabourin is married to Jason Sabourin, Jason is the General Manager of this store. Heathers post is violation of Googles policies regarding reviews, conflict of interest. This man will disregard company policy and use expired foods to keep food costs down. He cares more about target sales than his customers. They frequently run out of food due to being under staffed during in town events. One of his cooks objected to using rotten mushrooms on the pizzas, Jason told him to not to worry about it, just use them. I have never seen mushrooms that bad and they smalled horrible in the oven. He ignores employee requests, I needed 3 days off to leave town for a funeral, Jason informed me I would be abandoning my job... I contacted HR, they were not concerned about any of these offenses. Employees smoke marijuana and cigarettes in the store. Food is left out for hours, using expired product is the norm for this location. Employees regularly fail to wash there hands. Store isnt even a year old and every thing is disgusting, pans being reused with food stuck to them hand sinks dont work. I could keep this list going, eat here and support a buisness who exploits minimum wage. Or dont and save your health. Even as an employee they messed up my food that I paid for frequently, or worse, I would never get it! Again I contacted their HR department and "Christina" showed no concerns until I mentioned wage theft... after everything I told her wage theft was the only thing that got her to take me seriously, considering theyve had many class action suits...

I ordered a pizza and 36 wings 1 hour and 30 mins ago and it showed up (I wish I could post pictures of this mess he brought me) the wing boxes were smashed and leaking all over the top of the box. When I opened the pizza it was stuck to the top of the "u-shaped" box (stuck because by now its cold and the cheese is hard). And the best part was the driver asked how much change did I want back!!!! Are you kidding me? Listen, I never right reviews so if you dont listen to anything anyone has to say take my word for it.....NEVER ORDER DELIVERY! Almost lost my cool (well I did after I called and talked to a manager who told me he would give $10 when I ordered $56 worth of a cold messy mess!!! Im floored!!!

Part of order was wrong, part was missing. Called to let them know and they said remake and additional items would arrive in 45-60 min along with free 2 liter. 1 hour later had to call back because food had not arrived. Called back, "Brad" supposed general manager laughed at me and made it sound ridiculous that I wanted a refund. According to Brad this location has no owner and he is the only one in charge. Finally agreed to refund but said it would take 10-15 days to process. Delivery guy finally showed up with 2nd order and basically called me a liar... Wow... wish I could give 0 stars.

This place is the worst to order from my food was dry and had no cheese on my pizza and when I told him about it he told me he was going to add a ten dollar credit hes the worst manager I ever talk to he shouldnt be a manager at all and I will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN this doesnt make any since and this its the first or second time they did this !

Placed a order at 530pm for delivery at 730pm for a pizza half 2 toppings and half 4 toppings driver shows up at 740 with a pizza covered in things that we didnt even order... So now I have to wait god knows how long for another pizza with 3 kids.
