This specific KFC used to be great. But the last 2 times I went there, my order was shorted. I ordered inside,& I along with someone else whom actually ordered b4 me waited for our order to get made while the people in line whom ordered after us, got their food handed to them first and went along their merry way. The first time out of the 2 last times I ordered I specifically ordered a 6 piece tender meal which was actually supposed to be a 3 piece meal with 3 additional chicken tenders. I got home and there was only 4 smaller sized tenders in there for the adult male that ordered it. I called to see if they can give me my money back and a girl told me to write her name on top the receipt and bring it back to get what I originally ordered. OK fine but I live about 15 minutes away so it wont be same day. Needless to say, that kfc family dinner that was supposed to be a treat to have wasnt a treat at all if not everyone gets what they ordered. Yesterday evening I went back to let KFC correct their 1st mistake. The cashier asks me for a code number that I was never given that was supposed to have gotten me my replacement meal. Nope I only got the ladies name like she told me. Anyway, she said well ur supposed to have a number hold on Ill check if this is OK. It better be cuz I didnt drive down here to be told I cant get what KFC owes me. So she says there is a 3 minute wait on tenders. I said OK but I have more to order so can u take my order now? The lady was trying to bypass me put me aside because I it seemed I was too troubling for her to deal with. She said OK but the tenders have a wait. I said I know thats fine. Like so what if the person behind me wanted them too? It wasnt about the wait, its that she made me feel as though I was a pain and maybe she even thought i was trying to pull one over on her though this was not the case nor was it my fault they messed up our order time b4. Shes done taking my order and says I need 2 chicken littles to the boy behind the counter. He says nope, Im not making them im done. What? Next thing I know shes finishing the order of the guy behind me and then from the cash regester she goes to make my chicken Little. Yes just 1. She puts it into a bag and says heres your order. Ummm,I ordered 2 not 1. She actually says no you didnt. I said yes I did and I hand her the new receipt. She said OK u did. Then while shes making that I count the tenders. 6 good. Kids meal is there, wheres the drink? She had to look at receipt again, she gets me the cup. Then I say omg wait wheres the sides that come with the 6 piece tender meal that I was owed? She said what? I said its on the receipt. She said where. I said u took it. So she went and grabbed it and asked what side I said mashed potatoes &... she walks away and grabs container puts it in bag and says OK and goes back to register again. So I have to wait for her to notice me again and I say there was another side, of Cole slaw. She gives me the worst look and grabs a container puts it in bag and goes back to register . Im not going through this again for the biscuits she forgot. No biscuits tonight. OK so this review is long and I want to wrap up so I get home. My son wants his mac n cheese side I ordered, so I go to get it and its not there. No worries, the kids meal had a small side if it. He goes to eat that and there is stuff in there that is not mac n cheese. Ewewew. So I had to call again. This time lady Gave me a number to give when I make my way back to KFC so they can correct this last order. After they correct it Im not sure Ill ever go back to KFC on Keyser. Did I mention I was there for about 40 minutes?

Cuz they always get your food wrong and there never open winners supposed to be its always an excuse were short hand it where this were that its BS tell them to stop being so dumb lazy Im sick of it not dumb lazy dam lazy and if they cant stay open till 10 then change your hours and of thing can get your food right then get smarter people to work there

Chicken was soggy and so was my muffin witch usually they give biscuts .. nothing was hot , staff couldnt make up there mind wether to be rude or nice and I sat in drive thru for 20 minuts , I didnt even get the right drinks and at 1st they tried sending me off without my drink never again 1st time experience sucked

Its not worth it the chicken is disgusting they never change the grease in the fryers dont go here its just nasty they need to shut down or get better management.... -_- Never place if you eat here you should rethink where you eat. I only gave it one star because this doesnt go to negative. >.>

Waited 45 minutes, servers were assholes, told us we had to leave even before being served, would not give us our money back when we asked, employees fought with each other, but dont fire the big Black guy he was cool.

Staff good an polite. problem they took my order and then aftet tell me, they are out of french fries, then they are out of crispy chicken, they are of grill chicken and is just 6pm.... place look dirty and smells yuk!

Great customer service and the food was cooked well. This is the only fast food place that I have been to where they check to make sure everything is okay after you have begun eating. Best KFC Ive ever been to!

Not even 1 star. Went at 9:45. Refused to take order. Ignored drive thru. Could not come outside or talk on speaker to tell customers they could not serve you. This store is HORRIBLE. WILL NEVER GO AGAIN.

I just waited 42 minutes in line to order, then had to wait another 20 minutes to get my food. I just ordered a large Mac and cheese. Sooo many ppl waiting and getting upset. Poor and rude service.

Disgusting. Lack of hygiene. Manager handles dirty money then fixes orders. Employees outside taking breaks then come inside and fix orders. Does no-one know how to wash their hands. Never again.

I have been waiting 30 minutes for 1 meals still not ready. I watched 3 customers get refunds because they havent gotten there meals yet. But they keep taking orders. Second time this week

Nice place .. KFC anywhere anymore just doesnt taste the same like it used too .. maybe all KFC should just focus on The delicious fried chicken both recipes keeping it right ..

Staff is courteous, and fast. I would have given 5 stars, but the air conditioning was not working and it is 87 degrees outside. Didnt make for a good dine in experience.
