I havent been to this Smyrna, Tacohell/KFC in 3 years and after going there this past Sunday I now remember why. This place has the worst tasting food you can imagine and no matter how simple your order is they always screw it up. In 3 years since my last visit nothing about this place has changed. The food and service are equally terrible. Why do they waste their time hiring people that dont even care to have a job. You can taste their lack of care in the food. After dealing with their do not care attitude by whoever takes your order you get handed a bag thats never right and usually has dry chicken, old chicken, a sloppy soggy burrito or taco, no sauces (do you know any one that does not go to KFC or Taco Bell and not want sauce?) or napkins. Who does not need a napkin when ordering greasy food? Not to mention if you order a Chicken item you usually have to wait forever for it and it taste like they just went and microwaved it and threw it in a box. I brought a chicken tender combo and lets say it was like chewing beef Jerky with the flavor of a 2x4". I waited almost 10 minutes (when its supposed to be fast food yes thats a long time) and still ended up with this nasty mess. Well it was so delicious that I wont be going back there again ever. Whoever owns this store needs to fire the entire staff and crew and hire a new team of people that care about what theyre doing. I know its fastfood and youre not making bocu bucks but its job and if youre going to work act like youre getting paid to do so. Even when I was a teenager working fast food I still made sure I did everything to the best of my ability and thats when $5.15 was the minimum wage. I wish undercover boss went to this place or something it sucks! I also feel comfortable enough to say they probably dont clean the food areas very often either. The chicken always taste like its been cooked in old grease and the taco items if they have beef taste like old grease as well like the meats been sitting there and reheated up. The people at this place are freaking lazy and thats exactly what their food taste like.

In need of some love. Food was as expected, but the whole place is in serious disrepair. Water dripped on my face several times while waiting in line. A tile was missing and dripping water into a bucket. The kitchen staff was rather unprofessional and were distracted by each other, which may have contributed to my unnecessary wait time. The whole food prep area was rather disgusting and was obviously not cleaned in awhile at 2pm. Additionally the bathroom handle was falling apart and the main lock was broken. Management, please invest in the people and building of this location.

Terrible place and horribly ran. The workers there are ghetto and dont really care what they do. Theyre scewed up my order so many times its not even funny. I dont dare order anything from the KFC menu too many experiences with old chicken cooked in old grease that made me infuriated knowing how expensive the fast food is. They should seriously fire the people that work there and hire people that will actually do a decent job at making the food and stop hiring these local ghettoites at these places all they do is ruin a business.

the food is great yes..i am an employee and have a huge complaint about our pay. we are supposed to be getting payed at midnight which is a huge disappointment. and my house has no electricity and here it is almost 1am and still have not got my money and it is very important that us employess get payed asap. and must be changed back from midnight to day time. very disrespectful to the workers who work hard for that money. and on top of that i am pretty dang hungry and would like some food asap!!!

I have bought there, but basically when I am lost in thought on "whats for dinner". Most of the time so sorry I went there. The food to me use to be much better and much cheaper, I do realize prices went up, but if you going to sell it then fix it right. Service is very few of them will serve you with a smile. They act like they wish you didnt come and then they would be paid for doing nothing. The Atmosphere, I guess is alright< i do cary out.

This is literally THE WORST KFC/Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life. If I could I would give this place negative stars. This place is always dirty and the workers always have a horrible attitude. The food is always old and reheated and they never fail to mess up my order. This place either needs to close down or it needs a total makeover including new workers with better attitudes!

Every time I come there chicken is cold and old.. the Mac and cheese is old again cold and the cole slaw its warm! Lmao how!?? Bad service 9/10 a women has attitude isnt happy to even be there.. Personally fire them all do a big clean up of it all top to bottom put some new better attitude and cooking employees in there and reviews and sales may Go back up.

Possibly one of the worst fast food restaurants Ive been too. The service is barely mediocre. My order was messed up. I called to notify them that they didnt give me an entire part of my order. When I went back to get it fixed they took 20 minutes to give me some old popcorn chicken and potatoe wedges.. I advise to not go there.

This place is an absolute joke. I have never gone to a fast food restaurant that has so much trouble getting you the right item. You would think theyre working off some huge menu. We have gone to this restaurant twice and both times our meals were wrong. I will starve before I ever go back to there again.

Everytime they either dont have the food I want or it is prepared horribly. No idea why I keep going back here, I keep thinking it will be like other KFCs but no. Today, I got Chicken Tenders all dry, and most of them are flattened down. Avoid this place if you can.

The food is good, but the service is horrible. Very slow. The inside looks disgusting, in need of a makeover and new workers. If they fixed their service and the inside they would be so much better.
