Worse experience Ive ever had a case KFC number one arrived at 12:58 they told me was a 3 minute wait in order to get extra crispy chicken I was okay with that and tell my clock in my car struck 115 no one still had came out once I went inside they still you know took another 10 minutes or so to fill my order and then they going to argue with me about the coupon that I had said I could only get dark meat when the coupon to T states that you can get white meat or dark meat they fixed up my package put it in front of me and I decided to look inside to make sure my order was right and dont you know the order was not right wow it was a hell of a lunch experience at KFC today thank you

I dont mind waiting for food, however, if I wait 10+ minutes for wedges to be cooked and then you give me 9 small, slightly over cooked wedges that was in the "for 2" buckets is unacceptable. When I could have driven 5min. Down the street to royal farms and gotten the same food & filled up in gas. This wasnt my first complaint about this location, but it has been almost a year since the last time I been here with bad service. Cant wait for Popeyes and Panda Express to open on rt.40, then maybe this place would go out of business.

Food is always messed up. If you go through the drive through they rush you even though youre the only car there and then forget to give you basic items like a straw for your drink and a fork to eat with ( I ordered a famous bowl and Im not eating that with my hands) staff is rude and impatient.

The young men that work here are so sweet and professional! The food is always tasty and they always say something kind! The service I received Sunday 4/2 at around 3pm was stellar!!!!! Every time I go here I leave with a smile!!! Keep up the great work black men!!!!

The KFC in bear (Fox run) is horrible I think the employees are lazy they never have any pot pies , I ordered 4 drinks and they dont have cup holders . How am I supposed to drive holding 4 cups!! They just need to shut it down its taking up space .

This is the worst experience I have ever had. The staff here couldnt combine their common sense to make 1 intelligent human. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow. The wait was horrible, and they still screwed up all of my order!!!
