If I could rate zero stars I would. Lobby was filthy, mens room was filthy. Ordered an 8 piece meal which is 2 each of breast, wing, thigh, legs and got 5 pieces...4 of which were dark meat. Walked up to the counter to let them know and was called a liar and made to show my receipt which I never received. I was accused of yelling which I never did. They ended up calling the police to make me, my wife, and my 89 year old mother leave. Upon leaving I was given a duplicate receipt by the police showing that I was right and did indeed order an 8 piece meal. If you go here make sure you dont call them out when they screw up your order or you may be forced to leave without eating your food like we were. Never ever again will I eat in this filthy dump.

A lovely lady works here and ensures I have the best meal. A host of their staff is uplifting and filled with laughs. Once my order was wrong, (I received a large tub of macaroni not a small mashed potato side) so I backed up and asked if they were out, assuming this is my replacement for the taters. She apologized and said they have enough potatoes to be in the state of Idaho and to drive to the Window. I went to give back the Mac, so told me to keep it and gave me a large tub of taters. If she had tossed in a box of wedges I would have felt like I acceded to the heavens.

Depending on when you go you will either get a good experience with food that was cooked correctly or you will get food poisoning. Usually the food here will be cooked well and had the usual kfc fanfare. Overall just what you can expect from any fast-food restaurant. Questionable quality in both the food and service departments, but its cheap and sufficiently tasty to make it worth your time and money when you are in a pinch and dont really want to wait around for something better.

After being a life-long fan of KFC, IM DONE!!! Brought home a bucket of boneless chicken and coleslaw yesterday. The chicken was over-cooked and dry as could be!! Was difficult to even cut, let alone eat. All the liquid in the slaw was on the bottom and the slaw itself, after sitting so long without any liquid, was so dry I lifted it out of the container with a fork ALL IN ONE BALL!! Before you ask, I only live 10 minutes from the store.... ILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!!!!

We were looking for a late night snack and didnt realize only the drive up was open. We ordered a small chicken sandwich and a little snack bowl with fry wedges and popcorn chicken. We waited for a period of time at the window while it was cooked. The little sandwich was okay chicken finger with mayo and a pickle. We assumed the snack bowl would have had ketchup or some type of dipping sauce, it didnt. Glad we spent less than $5.

I had a bad experience at KFC in Plattsburgh New York knowing that I was out of town working so I was given a free combo card I was told that I could use my car for a free combo at any KFC in the upper New York area when I went to make my order I was told I could not use it by a very rude manager my experience with KFC has not been good the past two times that I have been and I highly doubt that I will return

Went there got the 20$ fill up and a tender meal. Get home and sit down to eat with my family the chicken looks old! And made my husband sick when he ate it! My tender meal was a joke the tenders were the size of my thumb! No joke! And the mac and cheese tastes like it had been siting out all day! Never again will I go to this KFC!

Horrible service, rude people , cold food and very disappointing experience..asked for original and onlyvhad extra crispy available. Overcharged for food and confrontedvthe management....acted as if i took food directly out of her fat mouth....soo disgusting. No resolution. Sad excuse for customer service..never again.

I got a famous bowl which is kind of hard to mess up so my meal was ok, but the person I was having lunch with ordered a chicken tender meal and mashed potatoes and the potatoes had no gravy. I thought it was kind of funny that they messed up with mashed potatoes to be honest.

Cant even give 1 star. Chicken was dark. Had a nasty after taste. Servce was slow. Place was filthy. Used to be one of the best. Now would rate the worse. Will never go there again!!!!!

Food thats fried is most of the time harder that it should be. Noticed that orders get mixed up ALOT. Place gives off a dirty vibe when dining in. Chicken itself is good though.
