Okay so I come to KFC to sit and eat after work at 9pm exactly, the doors are closed . I look at the sign and the sign says Monday through Friday Lobby 10:30 am to 10:00pm its thursday. I knock on the door and the staff ignores me. I found that rude and disrespectful. Now I go through the drive thru and ask for the manager, he says Monday through Thursday they close at 9pm, now if that were to be true it would say it on the door and on Google, which it did not. I find your service very poor and upsetting. I hope you guys are hiring the right people, because they will get wrong people very upset And I dont find liars fit for a job that is suppose to attract people to buy your food

A HORRIBLE experience at the drive thru, i do not know how they are rated ad 4 stars?? not the first time to pick up nasty,oily, burnt chicken with soggy mashed potatoes and watery gravy and hard as a rock biscuits so if your looking for flaky forget it. And customer service is a disgrace I spoke to a supposed manager named Daniel said I had to go back to the store with the chicken in order to exchange or refund, when I asked for another manager he said the other manager is joey and he just got off shift, guess what guys joey was the cashier that sold me the chicken.

They are pretty consistent with the quality of their food. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is always clean inside. My fix is correct usually when I dine in. However, if I get drive thru I almost always have to get my order fixed.

I visit this location every 2-3 weeks. Ive never had an issue. Food is always hot and fresh. Order has always been filled accurately, and the staff has always been courteous. Better than the other chicken place down the street.

Management definitely knows how to please. I was surprised at the awesome service we received especially by the fellow in the lobby. Will definitely return. And we got free ice cream! I think his name was Kenny good dude

Got closed on and locked in at 9:00. All the chairs surrounding us were put up on the tables while we were eatting, and the manager had to let us out. Maybe they should change the hours on the door...
