Ive been through this KFC three times now and all three times have been completely disappointed. I worked at a KFC when I was a teenager so I know it really isnt that complicated of a job. However, the employees at this store have proven either to not care or just be mentally challenged. All three times I have ordered my meal (usually an 8 pc) they have forgotten part of my order (biscuits one time, a side the second, and the third time they forgot an addition to my order of three chicken strips). The chicken by far they served has not been held to the two hour standard (not sitting for more than 2 hours before serving). The chicken was dry and old. Looks as if it had been sitting for at least 4-6 hours. All and all I do not think I will be going back to this KFC in the near future. Thoroughly disappointed that the management does not do a better job.

I have been through the drive through at this specific KFC on a few occasions. I went through when they were very busy, my meal was correct, and everything in it was HOT (except the drink). The servers were very friendly. I am very hard to please when it comes to fast food, i always order special, or need special request and somehow my order is always messed up. NOT HERE I also went through when there was no one in the drive through and no one was inside. I could tell i was aggrivating the order taker with my 20 questions, but she was very nice and polite. again, my food was HOT and I was extremly satisfied. Its not hard to work in fast food, as I have done it in many establishments, for many years. This KFC gives me the feeling that they feel the same way. you guys are awesome.

Great food, fixed fast and accurately! While the food here is stellar, and the staff is super friendly, corporate, or the local owner should really look into updating the restaurant itself. The toilet in the ladies room is no longer attached to the floor, the hand drier sputters like a senior with COPD and there are no towels available. There is nowhere to hang or set your purse but the floor and its a single unit room, so only one person can go at a time. The dining area hasnt been updated since they opened 20 years ago either. The place is dated and falling apart. While the staff continue to provide great food and service the place is usually empty... Probably due to the condition of the building.

FIRST OFF THE ORDER TAKER IN THE DRIVE THRU WAS RUDE FOR ONE. THEN THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER ADDED OTHER DRIVERS FOOD TO MY ORDER AND WHEN I CORRECTED THEY HAD AN ADDITUDE ABOUT FIXING IT.. MY FOOD WAS COLD, I ONLY LIVE 5 MINUTES AWAY ON POST. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE IF YOU DIS LIKE YOUR CHOICE OF EMPLOYMENT THEN MAYBE YOU NEED TO INVESTED IN YOUR EDUCATION AND GET OUT OF THE FOOD SERVICE BUSINESS. I WILL NOT BE VISITING KFC AGAIN ALONG AS IM STATION IN THE HELL HOLE PLACE OF THE MILITARY.

I have been here 3 times and each time it was bad. I keep having hope maybe its just the Bach or I come at the wrong time. Well 3rd times the strike out. The bucket of chicken was really gross and slimy, felt and looked like it was really old. I know fresh and crispy this was no way close. Im so disappointed. :( I complained the others times and they just said sorry and offered a free meal. That doesnt fix the quality. I wont be going here anymore.

While the location is a bit off the main road and a slight hassle to get to the service is worth it. However if you use a wheelchair or dont like ice stay to the drive thru as I dont think they know what an ice melt or ice chopper is. Plowing the lot seems behind other local places like the pizza place or Dr place next door. The sidewalks are not shoveled either so stick to the drive thru for your fried chicken goodness.

Just left the drive through. Ordered 12pc original bucket meal ,potato bowl, Pepsi, and a #1. It came to $48.00 and change. They forgot Pepsi so we waited to be noticed, tooted horn, got Pepsi, asked for napkins, were given 3..returned home to find we were given crispy, not original, no bisquits , meal supposed to include 6, coleslaw was turning bad and should be thrown away. Overall, nasty experience

This location always sells the NASTIEST food. I know I shouldnt expect too much from a fast food chain, but seriously Ive never gotten fresh food from here. I wont be ordering from this store again. I dont know how they have the such blatant disregard for the quality of food they put in their customers bags. Its not even fit to serve as scraps to an animal.

they left stuff off my order when I called the manager told me he would replace the whole ticket the next night so when I came up the following night a different manager told me she would only give me some chicken and cookies she doesnt care what the other manager said and was very uncaring or apologetic they will not see another dime of my money

I am only giving them a one star I walked in all tables are dirty two employees out smoking ordered food only to find out they were out of crispy chicken breast after we paid . Out of forks hands us a spoon to eat our chicken with very disappointed!!!!
