Let me start of by saying the service was great, I have no complaints there at all. I remember visiting Buona pizza in center city with my dad years ago, and it was delicious. The tray of pizza we ordered was okay, tasted like the same recipe, but it was way over cooked. Almost on the verge of being burned. As you can see the "volcano fries" were pretty a embarrassing experience. Four pieces of prepackaged cheap plastic American cheese that wasnt even melted placed on top of cold fries with some wing sauce on top. And it was about $6 for this, I couldnt believe it when this dish was what was presented to me. I was initially excited to try Buona pizza again after those great experiences that I had with my dad, but I dont think Ill be in a hurry to come back to this one after this mediocre at best experience.

I and my family have gone to Buonas for over 20 years and It USED TO BE THE BEST in Scranton,Pa. This is no longer the case. The quality and quantity went down. The price went up. We ordered a Large pizza. Half pepperoni and half cheese. They were very skimpy on the pepperoni. The size of the pizza shrunk down to almost the ridiculous sizes Dominoes has been pushing off on the people for years. Im sorry but your so called Large Pizza is NOT LARGE. In conclusion Buonas uses less ingredients and have the audacity to charge more money. I was so displeased and so disappointed and left hungry because 1 skimpy pizza wasnt enough to feed two adults and one 12 yr. old. It used to. Not anymore.I would not recommend Buonas to anybody.

They completely ruined my whole order , i ordered pieorgies and they wanted until i showed up to pick up my order to tell me they were out of them.... I ordered two orders of bacon cheese fries with cheddar cheese and the put white american on both orders and didnt seem to have no remorse about it . Hands down the WORST exprience ive had with them and i dont think ill ever go back

Not once, not twice, but 3 times my Husband and I had horrible experiences. This is the first time the young lady at the register was very rude, she was definitely high... Were never going back to Buonas, it used to be our favorite place. We ordered at least once a week, very sad..

Service was terrible had to wait almost 45min then was told next time to call ahead our order I guess next time if I want to sit down in their establishment we will have to call ahead to have one of their employees read us the menu

Literally the best mild wing sauce Ive ever had. If you like garlic get a double order of mild garlic boneless wings. You wont be disappointed.

The best pizza. Great barbecue boneless chicken bites in the city. Actually, anything you order is fantastic. The staff is great.
