Alfredo sauce was the worst. Definitely tasted like it came out of a jar. Horrible service. No host or hostess when arrived and waited long to be even greeted then seated. The place was very confused to begin with. The front end was elegant and looked like it wanted to be fancy then the backend was a sports bar/pizza joint low class atmosphere. When served up front in the supposed classy side they brought out some pizza joint plastic cafeteria cups which one of them was punctured and leaked all over our table. The menu was half pub food(hoagies, fries, hot sandwiches) and half entree italian dishes with barely any appetizing options. Slow service too. Also, there was a sign before you come in for gentlemen must wear a shirt with sleeves like the place commands such formality too. Ha... The restaurant was overall really confused and needs to figure out what it wants to be, but definitely needs to step up their game with their cuisine.

I went there to watch the Penn State game around 12pm. There was hardly anyone in the bar. I brought my 14 month old daughter there and when we got there I had to bring the high chair myself to the table. While we were waiting forever for our menus I let my daughter walk around and she was saying Hi to everyone and just walking around and everyone loved her. She was not making noises or doing anything. Then the Manager Frank came up to us and told us we have to get out of his restaurant because she is not allowed to do that. When I followed her to get her he grabbed my daughter by her arm and I took her away. Then told him this was not right and left. He could have told us to either but her in her high chair or to take her to the restaurant area. But no instead he told us that we had to get out of his restaurant now. I do not like the service there and especially the fact that he grabbed my daughter by the arm!!

I hosted my family reunion at Peppers last Friday night. I can not say enough about the manager, Rose Anne, who booked the event and the servers, Patty and Holly, that she assigned to our group. When I arrived the tables were perfectly arranged for 36 guests in a way that we could mingle throughout the room and when it was time to sit for dinner we werent screaming across the tables. The atmosphere of our room was very quaint. We had different tabs running for each family within our reunion and Patty and Holly could not have been more accommodating. Drink orders were taken immediately and families ordered at their own pace. It was a very laid back, relaxed night which is what we were aiming for. The food was served in a reasonable amount of time and the quality was great. I would definitely recommend this venue for dinner and/or a private party.

On April 11th, We had a 50th Birthday Dinner for my brother. I cannot say enough about the great service we got from the planning of it to the night of the dinner. Sal and Carl are the best, they are willing to help you however they can to make it wonderful. The night of the dinner the servers were great, we had 20 people there and they were so great getting drinks and bringing out the food. We brought a cake and they cut it up and served it with ice cream and packed up the leftovers, you could not of asked more from them. And to top the night the manager Roseann was awesome. We had a little bit of a problem with who was paying the bill and she handled is so professionally and was very sweet the whole time, Food was delicious too, cannot say one bad thing!!! It was a wonderful night!!

We go out a lot to eat in Phoenixville but when out of towners come in and its a choice to go somewhere different, Peppers will always be that choice. Always great service, food amazing. I dont even need the menu, give me a special every time and know it will be delicious. Last night our waiter, Brandon was exceptional. When he says Ill make that happen without any reservation about request you know the night will be perfect. Explaining dishes to bringing out dessert tray and making us laugh about really wanting it and we ate it all is a special talent! Last year it was cousins in from California we sat for hours and last night it was friends sitting and enjoying each other with no pressure to eat and go. Its a gem with all the places to go to eat in the area.

Worse dining experience, and lack of customer service Ive ever had. My family of 10, celebrating a birthday(several older people, hearing not great) were seated next to a wedding celebration with a band. We asked to have another table, but were told none were available, but band was ending in 10 minutes. About 25 minutes later band was still playing and we were told band was given extra time to play. Finally, the restaurant found a table for us in quieter section, after I complained about the noise and band still playing. They moved us in mid meal. My special family celebration was ruined. Peppers mgmt. was unapologetic.

I had dinner at Peppers late March and it was more than I expected. The service was superb. The Food was phenomenal. The price was wonderful. It was filled with many happy people. I remember eating in one of the dining rooms and by the time we were finished, everyone else left, the tables were prepped for the next day and we were still laughing and having a wonderful time. No one rushed us out the door. I would certainly go there again. And to just know that its in my neighborhood and not know about this well kept secret was a disgrace .

On July 8th, 2015, I took two friends to the restaurant around 3 P.M. We ordered and was served bread and some peppers. They are delicious. My friend asked for olive oil as she is allergic to peppers.Had a lovely lunch and when I got the bill There was a $1.25 charge for the oil. When I questioned it, I was told they had to buy the oil. An Italian restaurant without olive oil!!! I told them that in the future when someone asks for oil they should inform them that there is a charge. Very disappointed, will not return.

Went to lunch and the food was horrible! Linguini with scampi sauce was soggy, no taste, and just down right gross. I had to put salt on my pasta to make it edible if that tells you anything. My wife ordered a lemon drop martini and it tasted like straight alcohol and nothing more. She had the crab cake sandwich and it tasted like a frozen crabcake from Wegmans. Went to eat at 1:15 pm on a Saturday and not one patron was in the place. We should have taken the hint!

Great family dinner. I come from a big Italian family and my grandmother advised us to never eat Italian food out because it wouldnt measure up. Well! Peppers Italian Restaurant is the exception! The food was GREAT! Meatballs like Mom & Grandma used to make for us, they even got the tomato sauce and eggplant parmigiana right! The waitstaff was friendly and attentive & Sal one of the co-owners is the ultimate restaurant host. We loved it and will be back often.
