The food is usually good at Bellas. I always get there turkey subs and sometimes pizza. However, this is the second time i had something delivered to my house and the bread was hard and seemed old as it broke apart hard. I called the manager tonight and she only offered 10% back. I took it for the first sub hoping the second one would be better plus I didnt want to give them a hard time since I order or go there alot( I order 2 whole turkey subs). However when I open the second sub it was worse than the first one. The entire sub roll was hard and breaking. Unfortunately they are closed this late as I am writing the review but if they were opened i take this sub back and get my money back. I am hoping that Bellas read these reviews and I would like a full refund on both of my subs because I am a faithful customer there. I plan to call them when they open to try to get a refund. If they dont I probably will never go there again, but I hope thats not the case. I never want to pay for something that I have to pick around and eat a piece here and a piece there all because of hard bread. I have been in customer service for 28 so good customer service means the world to me. I hope they do right for there customers because no one wants to waste money on something that do not enjoy and cant eat.

I ordered a variety of items from the menu. First the calamari. It had the texture of calamari that had been sitting around for a few hours. It was not freshly fried. Very disappointing. My 10 piece chicken wings was 8 1/2 pieces. When I ordered the Gnocchi Caprese, the girl taking my order had no idea what I was talking about. It took her 5 minutes to understand what dish I was trying to order. Even asked me what it was under on the menu. Really? Finally the suicide chocolate cake. For the price we paid it was a very small piece. Overall very dissatisfied with this restaurant and will not order from here again.

Fantastic pizza! I came here yesterday for dinner and was very pleased with my meal. My friends and I ordered a medium pizza and 20 piece chicken wings. Everything was tasty and the price was right. The chicken wings are in a mild sauce, but to me they were a little spicy. The medium pizza was topped with pepperoni with green pepper. The medium is enough for three people, depending how hungry you all are. Service was not very fast, but not terribly slow.

I have ordered from Bella Villa in the past and really enjoyed their pizza, but today we ordered and I am very disappointed. I ordered the antipasto salad.. the meat on the salad was very fatty and reminded me of uncooked bacon or uncooked steak. The pizza was OK, but not as good as it usually is. Im really unhappy that I spent as much as I did and threw away most of the food.

Food is so hit and miss as far as quality. One time, pizza is is excellent and you want to go back. Next time the pizza is undercooked. Wings are not consistent. Sometimes you ask for mild and actually get them, next time you ask for mild and they are blazing hot so the kids cant eat them.

Use to be a great place but now when ordering delivery I havent even gotten my food. Twice! Employees tell lies when asked if food was on its way. T I even had delivery from Bella villa and it was a car full of people playing with my food. Thank God for Ninos and pats!

The worst turkey club i have ever gotten anywhere!! The turkey they use is this thick, watery and almost transparent. I tried to eat it because I was so hungry but I couldnt even take a second bite. In the trash it went with my hard earned money.

Same family ownership as the Trevi Restaurant across the street. Very informal with great menu choices and its all great. Sometimes the service is a little lacking, but the food makes up for it. They also do a lot of take out.

Places like this deserve praise. Great pizza and a great staff; because, of a great owner. You will consistently get a good pizza which for one reason or another is a rare attribute in the Smyrna De pizza world.
