I never have a good experience at Sonic, but my son loves it so I still suffer through it. Tonight, we ordered and pulled up to the window (we were the only car in the drive through). I ordered two two hot dog kids meals and 1 regular cheese burger combo. We waited at the window for 20 minutes. The girl that handed us our food just said "heres your food, have a great night." Not once did she apologize for the wait. Two cars behind me (which several cars were behind me at this point) actually pulled away and didnt even wait to pay because the wait was so ridiculously long. Got home and ALL our food was over done. The boys hot dogs were so dry, they just ate the roll. My burger was so tough and dry, I literally couldnt even bite into it. The only good thing were the tots. I literally will never eat Sonic again. Terrible experience every time.

I came here with my toddler and placed a simple order for a small slushy and a small milk shake. Im not sure who was working tonight, but I was overcharged (for sure). And I didnt realize it until after I had driven away. And my "milkshake" was basically warm vanilla milk. It had definitely sat out while I was waiting in the line to pay. And my toddlers vanilla slushy tasted sour and like some kind of a weird sour flavor? Not even sure what it was. EDIT: I was actually really frustrated to the point I called Sonic, and the manager was apologetic and offered to compensate me and give me 2 free slushies (that I declined). Due to him being apologetic, I added a star to my review.

Will not go back. The kid didnt hear anything my husband said. While ordering he repeated everything at least three times. After a long wait we got most of our order, he had to go back in for the kids drinks and when he returned he did not have our milkshake. Now while he was inside getting the kids drinks my husband opened up his burger to find it covered in every veggie known to man even though he ordered only cheese and ketchup. Sent it back.....waited some more.....got the wrong thing back, sent that back....finally after three tries he got the right burger and was so fed up with the situation and the hard bun...barely ate any of. Huge waste of time and money.

Went through the drive through here for a late dinner. Service was a little slower than I thought. Wife and I got a chicken sandwich, 2 orders of boneless wings, and the cinnamon sticks they have. Food was below average for a fast food joint. I was honestly expecting a higher quality in food from here than places like McDonalds but I was definitely wrong. We also got 2 medium lemonades. They use crushed ice in their drinks and they fill it to the top with ice. This means using a straw you get a few sips before all you have left is a cup of crushed ice. We only went here because we had a coupon and we will likely never return.

I have been there several times and had to wait forever for them to notice someone is in the drive thru. Once I went and rung the button in a parked spot, after that I was at least able to place an order, but it ended up taking over 10 min! It was just an egg sandwich and soda, and even then they messed that up. I order egg/cheese on a bagel I got EGG & cheese on some type of thick bread...very VERY soggy! It was gross! I love the food & the drinks there, but honestly unless you have about 10-20 minutes eat time dont bother!

As an employee here, I can see the frustration some people have. But what customers dont understand is milkshakes are made by hand and sometimes when we are slammed making milkshakes takes a little longer. When drive through is wrapped we cant help it. We try to make the best of the situation but customers also need to understand we are busting our butts and sometimes a thank you in return would be nice. Dont forget to tip your carhop

If you like sitting in line for 20 minutes (no lie) for a cheeseburger this place is perfect for you! The service is absimal. Waited 17:34 for a sonic burger that was cold and no apology for slow service. Staff seemed like they didnt want to be there and spent more time talking amongst themselves then preparing my hefty order of one cheeseburger. Wont be coming back yall need to hire new management and get yourselves together.

Got my order wrong 3 times so far Ive only been there 3 times asked for no unions simple right nope my burger had unions my sons and wife as well Im allergic so yeah kind of a big deal I loved the old sonic I used to go to on lincoln highway clearly its the employees might start driving a hole 45 min cause I dont feel like having another allergic reaction due to these idiots

Went through the drive thru for a milkshake...what they are suppose to be know for. I order a oreo milkshake , but instead get a vanilla milkshake with very little to no oreos in it. I have given this place a bunch of chances but every time this place disappoints me more and more. I will never go to this place ever again and suggest that other people do not go here either.

Order placed 6/11/17 & was apparently lost. 30min later the manager Jason Milton cancelled our order & REFUSED US SERVICE saying we were disrespectful. Yet we were the 1st ones there at the tables or even parked cars. The group after us was served as well as MANY cars. I HAVE NEVER EVER MET SUCH A RUDE MANAGER. Wow I am floored! YOU screwed up & we didnt owe YOU anything.

I am never coming here again. Weve been waiting 35 minutes for a hamburger, burrito, three corndogs, and onion rings. If I was at a sit down restaurant, I would have expected to have received my food 15 minutes ago. Unbelievable. Ill update on the actual wait time when we receive our meal, for funsies. You suck Sonic! All I wanted was a delicious breakfast burrito.

Absolutely terrible. Workers are smoking their asses off right next to me even though theres a no smoking sign literally right behind them. They hide in the blind spot where the outdoor tables are because the cameras cant see them. Really trashy workers. I got so much second hand smoke its not even funny. Workers forgot ice in their limeade, which is the best part.

Just so its clear, they are not FAST Food. Their food is always great and best place around for a softdrink or shake. Would be a perfect 5 if they were faster, but then again Id rather have better food over faster service, so maybe they are on to something. Make sure to ask about the daily specials, youll be amazed at the value they are, when available.

What kind of fast food restaurant that serves breakfast doesnt open till 9am? No signs, no nothing, waited in parking spot for 10 minutes, could see people inside, went to drive in waited another 5 minutes, pulled around to window and was told rudely "we dont open till nine".

Food is decent, service weve never had a problem with, everyone has always been courteous and friendly, but the trick seems to be, dont come at dinner time or the wait is very long. Overall, no complaints, just be prepared to wait.
