While there was a line to drive thru, the staff were very quick and efficient at processing everyone. The great use of dual speakers also helped. We didnt have to wait too long to get through the line and I think there were about ten vehicles in front of us when we first arrived. The staff was extremely courteous, though also quick at processing everyone. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious as I would expect from Chick-fil-A.

Gahhhh!!!!!! It has been closed for 3 months already. Why would you do that? Why fix what wasnt broken!!! I am so PISSED this place has been closed. No amount of renovation can bring back the flavor and experience I lost this summer. The other catonsville chick fil on rt 40 is too far and their sandwich is cold. YOU LOST MILLIONS BY CLOSING UP DURING SUMMER!!!!!!!!

OUTSTANDING! All their restaurants are the same and for the same reason - people. Their people care and if they dont they sure dont show it. Nothing worse than that fake caring common to so many corporate places today. Plus they support traditional marriage and are closed on Sunday - I wish we could put that Genie back in the bottle. A wonderful Christian company.

Debbie the hostess is amazing. the best hostess ive ever met. she is always very pleasant. and very prompt with refills. you should go and say hi to her. the store is so clean you could eat off the table. some of the other workers suck. but most are great and very friendly. the food is good. you should try a shake or cookie after your meal.

Its Chick-fil-A so as usual you can expect great service & friendly staff, what I didnt expect was for my grandmother to drop two milkshakes lol. Luckily for us the manager was amazing so he gave us two free replacements & even carried them to our table himself!! 5 Stars for these guys!

Friendly staff and great food and they bring it to you fast! Chicken always tastes fresh and well cooked. I love coming here for breakfast, lunch and dinner because Chik-fil-a is perfect for any occasion and this establishment is very good and clean

Honestly, you are paying extra for the exceptional service. I feel comfortable taking my two small children here by myself because I know the employees would be more than willing to help me should a crisis arise. There is a play area at this location.

the food is great especially if you are trying to stay away from pork or beef. And bye the way I enjoy it because it has a wonderful rejoicing staff that work there. We need more restaurants around that really care about their customers!

Closed for renovations. Will reopen in August 2016. Didnt used to be the best location (i.e. efficiency &cust. serv.) &always long drive-thru lines. Hopefully these are getting addressed &will no longer be an issue w/the re-opening...

The chocolate chip cookies are rock-hard but theyre supposed to be soft with the "fresh baked" thing going on. Also, they did away with some of the side items like: cole slaw and broccoli salad. Other than that, its just Chick-fil-A.

Fast and friendly! I have never had a problem with this particular chic-fil-a, everyone there is nice, actually willing to help you, and their always packed, but dont let that fool you, its still faster than McDonalds on a good day!

Such great customer service! I love that I can go in during a rush both inside and the drive thru and still be out of line in under 3 minutes! They move quick but get your order right and still serve it to you!
