Beware of this restaurant. I recently purchased a 24 piece family meal which includes 3 sides, 12 biscuits. The server at the cash register assured me that everything was in the box after waiting for 25 minutes. Upon arriving home about 15 minutes later only to find no biscuits in the box. I immediately call the store but there was no answer. I drove back to the store with everything including the receipt. I told the manager that there was no biscuits placed in the box. Instead of honoring me claim, he proceeded to ask the young lady at the register whether she put biscuits in the box. She replied yes I did. The manager than turns to me and say has no reason to lye. So I guess Im out of 12 biscuits. It happened once but never again. I refuse to patronize business that have no honor to customers. So if you ask me, yeah they lost one.

This popeyes is sometimes great, sometimes just ok. Sometimes the food doesnt taste fresh or it has been sitting, sometimes it taste like the best Popeyes chicken ever. I guess when dinning here you have to have your fingers crossed and hope the food especially the fries are just made. Since the remodel its clean and they seem to get all my orders correct. 3 stars can improve on how long the chicken sits, batter becomes hard and one time cut the roof of my wifes mouth.

This is one of the worst Popeyes. Bad enough Popeyes are expensive what makes it worst is that these people will give no condiments unless asked. I drove 2 miles home and had no jelly for my biscuits. This is part of the reason theyre fast. My order was the smallest 12 pieces Ive ever had never again
