I had just moved to the area. This Taco Bell is five mins from my new house. The first time I went there they screwed up my order badly. As an example of how dumb their mistakes were, I had ordered Taco Bell and I asked for hot sauce at the window. When I got home I realized they gave me KFC hot sauce. Doh! Who does that? I called and spoke to the manager and they apologized and took down my name and put it on a list and said to come in and get the correct order for free sometime. Two weeks later I came back through the drive thru to get my order. They told me my name wasnt on their list and they had just got new management so my name might have gotten lost in the shuffle. They refused to give me any free food at all. Not even a free taco. What a mess. Needless to say I had a poor first impression and they havent done anything to improve on that. Since it is only five mins away I reluctantly go there often. It is almost a guarantee that they will screw up your order, not label food items, accidentally charge your card twice, or something stupid like that. I give them two stars because the food quality is better than some Taco Bells Ive been to but it is still worse than average.

I arrived at 9:40pm to this location to hear a young lady complain about why the inside isnt closed. When confronted about it, she proceeded to make snide remarks under her breath. The staff whispered amongst themselves in distaste as I waited for approximately 4 minutes before anyone made an attempt at taking my order. When I finally made my simple order a $1 burrito, the cashier felt the need to tell me target flatly that they close the inside at 10pm . Seems my consideration for their terrible attitudes fell on hardened hearts and deaf ears. This will be my last visit, and they have lost an extensive amount of business from my circle.

It doesnt matter if they are busy or if your the only one there, its still going to take 20+ minutes in the drive thru or inside before getting your order. . so slow and 9/10 times your order is going to be wrong. It is so funny my order was wrong, I complained to corporate about how rude,slow,and how often my orders were wrong and they gave me a gift check thing, when i used it my order was still wrong and they were rude. (I mean geez they could see the check was from corporate and STILL gave crappy service) Dont waste your time or money on this place.

Went through last night, like 9:50 pm, waited like 5 mins at the mic for my order to be taken. Potato wedges were dried out and so were my chicken stirps. My biscuit was like a ROCK! Called backthat night and NO ANSWER. So I tried again the next day and spoke with the store manager (Rodney), who was MORE THAN POLITE. Genuinely sincere with his apologies for the terrible order. Offered me replacement on everything! Thanks to him, this KFC will keep my business!

worst taco bell! my husband loves the Doritos boxes every time we go its a different price. I went today they tried to charge 7.79 for a 5.99 box.. i brought it up to the cashier she said the the computer is never wrong.. i showed her the sign she said the same thing.. i asked to speak to a manger she said she was the manager.. so i guess she feels like its cool to charge whatever she wants.

Dirty restaurant never get orders right always out of chicken or sauce by far worst taco bell ever.... they also will try and sneak your change if you dont pay attention gave them a 20 with exact change to get a whole dollar amount back and they kept my change I had to go back and the manager had to close drive thru to count down the drawer and guess what 12 over ...

Service is very slow. Employees tend to have attitudes. The chicken is very fatty, poor quality and often over cooked, looks old. The sides arent too bad, but portions are small for the price. Staff and management need much improvement, they dont appear to care much about customer satisfaction or cleanliness of the restaurant and facilities.

Had a bad experience with my but thanks to the new managers they have hired. Ms. Felton there new manager who has taken over the store now to get it back in order. Took over the situation and we were very pleased with the outcome they seem to be on the right track to a much better store with great customer service. Thanks Ms. Felton

My whole experience was garbage everything I ordered was wrong. Then I went to the bathroom and left my items on the table and one of the employees screams they trifilen they left all that stuff on the table when all I did was go change my daughter and my fiance went to the car to get the wipes. It was HORRIBLE !

Just got food from here. Best KFC Taco Bell I have ever been to. I was only in the drive thru like 2 minutes. The young lady, Cally who was manning the drive thru was a delight. Definitely will be going to this Taco Bell instead of the other one by my house !
