Twice Ive ordered recently, got to work and no silverware, had to go to Royal farms to grab silverware, man ROFOs chicken smells better every time I go there. To add insult to injury, no silverware and I ordered the new Georgia Gold, wanted to give it a try, they gave me Nashville Hot. Shame on you KFC, silverware with mash tators and coleslaw is basic 101. Oh yea, lets not forget to give the customer the flavor they ordered. Very disappointed.

Went to get a $20 fill up at lunch so it would last for 2 days at work. When I go back to work I noticed that they did not give me the dark meat I wanted and also the containers that had the mashed potatoes in it the bottom of it fell out. Tried calling but it kept ringing and then went busy. A waste of time and money stopping there.

Last night I ordered a bucket of chicken. Instead of a bucket of chicken I received a bucket of biscuits. Thank you for ripping me off. I know its fast food and honestly wasnt expecting much but damn. On a previous visit I was told they did not have 8 pieces of chicken at 8:30 pm. Maybe choose another location.

Looked in my bucket of an 8 piece chicken and found a chicken breast that look like it was eaten or broke off. Did not have time to go back and I didnt call the store its truly my lost. I have to learn to stand up for whats right. Disappointed........

Wasnt too impressed with the new design of the dining area, just didnt seem like a lot of private areas to dine without looking at everyone coming thru the door. The food was decent.

17 minutes to cook chicken tenders that they said take 3. Out of dipping sauces. Employees arguing over who gets the tenders first. No thanks!
