Its hard to rate a fast-food joint. Its rare when youre actually thrilled with everything you get, everytime you get it. In the case of KFC on McClean Blvd, I would rate them higher than most of the KFCs Ive visited. Usually, the chicken is fresh and hot. Of course, it all depends on what time you arrive. If you come around lunch or dinner rush times, youre more likely to get good food. If you come mid-afternoon, its possible that you might get chicken thats been sitting around for a while, causing it to be somewhat dry. Its always a gamble, but youre usually on the winning side with this particular location. The one on York Rd in Towson is nearly always bad no matter when you go, and I would never recommend that one. However, the one on McClean Blvd seems to be more consistently good.

This KFC restaurant has been closed for almost a year & is still closed. They have completely gutted & renovated the place. Inside & out. Everything inside is brand spankin new (I watched as they gutted, absolutely everything went out). They have painted the outside, repaved the parking lot, new sidewalks around the store. I am impatiently awaiting the grand re-opening. I know the neighborhood missed it too! Ill give it the other 4 stars after it opens

Good KFC right here, drive through and dine in area if you feel like it. Place is always kept clean and the food tastes the way it should and service is fast. Great place to bring dinner home.

Drive thrust area and parking area is small. Food decent. Trying to get out and back on to the major road can be a nightmare. There is a lot of traffic around this area.

I stopped in late for a little chicken and then lost my phone. 1 call later and I got it back. Great night crew! Friendly and hard working. Rare these days.
