Lets me explain how fun this restaurant is. I visited here two weeks ago after ballet. The cashier was about to cry, no idea why. Then she over charged me for a side of green beans. I called KFC that evening and the manager called me and told me my next meal was on her. So I went back last night. I spoke to the manager and she said I could have what I wanted. I didnt prefer any huge buckets, I ordered the same thing I had that night. Chicken little sandwiches meal and green beans on the side. And I waited.... guy behind me order two of the same meals and got out quicker. After TWENTY MINUTES I asked what was up? I got told they didnt have any chicken, but wait! the guy behind me got at least 4 of what I was asking for. So waiting started again and I finally got my lil sandwiches. So the guy offered to make it up for me, he offered me two thighs or two breast. I asked for breast and he walked to the back to get them. Guess what happened? They were out of original recipe chicken!!! He offered to drop some and it would be ready in another 20 min or so. So to make up a pass mistake I stood around for around 30 min and still didnt get a better dinner. WTF?!?!? Dont go here. I love KFC but the headache attached to getting dinner is not worth it. I would rather eat McDonalds....

I just waited 15 mins in the drive thru! It was maybe more because I started timing after sitting there for a while. When I get to the window, they tell me that they dont have the chicken I want and would I like something else. I can understand things happen but the young lady at the window was not very nice about it as if I was inconveniencing her today when I asked why it took so long for the line to move. I decided to go somewhere else because this location is the worst.

This location is an embarrassment to the KFC name. Went through the drive through and with 3 cars in front of me it took 30 minutes (not exaggerating). The woman who took my order was very rude and kept interrupting me. Had to repeat the order three times. Sat at the window for 7 minutes before anyone even showed. The man who came to the window was rude as well. And I guess I should not be surprised that when I finally got my food it was incorrect. Not recommended at all.

They are by far the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever stepped in to, then to make matters worse they are always getting the order wrong. Check your bags if you get carry out or go through the drive thru before leaving the cashier. I do have to say they have one amazing asset, I dont know her name but she is one of the evening assistant managers, and has been here the longest. She is wonderful.

Absolutely insanely bad service, the two girls at the register didnt understand the menu and could not speak English. After 15 minutes of trying to order, the manager came over, she didnt understand the menu or computer, completely screwed up our order. Absolutely the Worst experience ever. Been here 25 minutes and still waiting on the wrong damn taco because incompetent staff.

This place remains to be the slowest fast food restaurant in existence. Months go by between my stops here and everytime i come back im reminded why. Most of the usual crew seems to be still intact. Other then the obvious I still find myself thinking how its so much of a struggle to get orders out. If your pressed for time dont come here.

Worst KFC Ive ever been in. Out of items on the menu at lunch time. No way to dry you hands in the bathroom. 15 people paid and waiting & waiting & waiting for food. Half of the drink machine didnt work. Tables and floors filthy. Orders filled wrong. Wait some more to get the orders right (twice). At least I didnt get food poisoning.

Dont waist your money here I ask for a zinger sandwich large mac and cheese and a drink. I didnt get the mac and cheese hell they never rang it up the sandwich was cold and all management said was sorry and moved away to go back to putting orders together. Like I was waiting her time by coming there on my dinner break.

Worst fast food service ever. I live in a small town and I get excellent service at the Taco Bell and KFC back home. These people were so dull when serving us. The drive thru took nearly 30 minutes for the food. They also charged us incorrectly. They held our food back there out of spite. Awful, awful service!

Nothing, went in got a simple hard taco and they didnt have any mild sauce nor did they tell me before taking my money I have a bad gut can barle hold the mild down anything else is coming back up for sure Worst place if you go to Williamsburg Va dont stop here go to Wendys instead !!

its only getting one star cause I cant do zero stars. has plenty of staff on duty yet got poor service. all trash cans outside were overflowing and trash all over there lot because of it. bathrooms in a has station are cleaner. and forget the food, dried out chicken and stale taco shells

Really slow, be prepared to wait at least 10 min. They make substitutions to your order without telling you. The water doesnt work at the soda machine. At least the food was o.k. This was a bad choice. Not good for kids.

When we arrived they were out of extra crispy chicken, so Toni got us some drinks and my daughter some Mac and Cheese since she was starving. My wife and I were very impressed. We will definitely be back.

I come here at least once a month because it is the closest taco bell/KFC... I always plan an hour stay because the people are so slow.. Food for the most part has been good.. But damn they are slow..

Horrible service, they had some stale or dried up rice that they put in taco salad and 7 layer burritos. Both were inedible. Bummer, who never go to this location again. Stay away...

If you use the drive through, beware that you might not get what you ordered or get skimpy chicken. I recommend walking in to verify your selections.

This KFC/ taco bell has the slowest service I have ever seen. Today some how there out of beef !! So only can buy chicken or steak tacos.
