So so good. Ordered 2 x quarter chicken (white) with plantains, fries and yuca. The chicken is juicy and flavorful, just spicy enough that the kids love it. The plantains are delicious and cooked well, the yuca on the other hand is very bland with the taste of fried potato bread. Salt couldnt even help lol. The yellow sauce on the left is creamy and mild with hints of mustard, the green one on the left is actually lime green and tastes just as bright and has a flavorful heat. Def will be one of our goto No-Cook-Saturday meals

My first time at the Pollo Rico visiting Baltimore. I thought the chicken was overly seasoned with cumin. I know cumin is a main ingredient in seasoning Peruvian rotisserie chicken, and one of my favorite spices but this was overwhelming (the coating part), other than that the chicken was tasty and very moist. The ambience felt like a fast food establishment, with paper plates and plastic forks, not my type of place for Peruvian cuisine. They had other Peruvian dishes on the menu but I dont think I will be trying them.

What a great little place. I was greated with a smile from the staff upon coming through the door. I had never been in before and they took the time to explain how to order and the different options. All of the staff was cordial from start to finsh. The pizza was a perfect thin crust and only took a few minutes to cook. Tasted delicious and only crumbs were left. There are so many different combinations that there is something for everyone. I will be a frequent customer.

This is some really good Peruvian Food, definitely comparable to some of the places that I went to in Lima, Peru! I have been to both Chicken Rico locations in Baltimore and this one had by far the better food and atmosphere. Their pollo abraso (roast chicken) is very good and the service was fast, friendly, and efficient with it only taking about 4 minutes from start to table. I highly recommend this place.

Full disclosure: I have only ever had one dish here: the chicken and steak sub. I cant bring myself to order anything else, however, its too delicious. Savory fresh meats exploding with flavor, coupled with the amazing vegetables and good bread make for an amazing must-try sandwich. While the fries are average at best, they have a number of other side (including fried plaintains) which are great.

They ran out of chicken and told me to wait 5 minutes. It turned out to be a 30 minute wait because they rather serve the chicken to other customers than to me. When I complained they explained that they were just completing the orders for dark meat and I still needed to wait. I dont mind waiting but lying is not going to get you anywhere. I will not waste my time going there again.

I just dont get the hype about this place. Chicken is WAY salty and the sides (salad, fries and sauces) are pretty decent. You can find much better Peruvian chicken in Baltimore, but this place is wicked popular. If you do plan on going, make sure to take the skin off the chicken (it will just taste much better that way).

$ p/person. Great place for lunch or to grab a bite before an Os game; however, not a place for a dinner date night (oops). The green sauce is super hot and love it! Pollo Saltado was tasty, but are mashed potatoes Peruvian? Similar vibe to the Chipotles and Qdobas of the world. ($ = roughly $10.00)

Its a good place to come for lunch. I hate their sub. It was good but not exceptional. I have had better ones. Other people in my group tried different thing. The quarter chicken was really good. Kids menu is also pretty good. Overall a nice place. Just come here for the chicken.

We were exited to find pollo saltado, but bummed to find it tasted more like old Chinese food than good pollo del taco. The rotisserie chicken is good, but the place had slow, disorganized service and was very dirty. The bathroom door didnt lock either.

This place was awesome. We had the pollo saltado, chicken tacos, and plantains. The saltado was surprisingly good. Like... Amazing. It was also much nicer in there than I expected. Definitely recommend this place for some delicious but cheap food.

Best (and only) Peruvian chicken spot in downtown. Great chicken and fried rice. Green Sauce is amazing too. I dont understand the people comparing this to chipotle. I wouldnt order a burrito here (or at any peruvian place).
