If I could rate this Popeyes with negative stars, I would. Our servers were rude and were not paying any attention whatsoever to us while we were ordering.My family had to return to the counter numerous times just for these people to get our order even semi-correct. Once we had given up on them, not only did they still mess up our order, the fries were extremely undercooked and the mashed potatoes (which were supposedly new) were like a brick in a bowl. I cannot even begin to explain how disappointed I am with their service. I will never be returning to this Popeyes.

I love Popeyes! I am like a regular specially for this location. But let me share my todays experience. Today was different. The fish and shrimp (number 11) was not good at all. Both tasted as if old may be day before yesterdays leftovers. But I still praise God that I had food. Think of those less fortunate that dont even have a leftover. I hope my next experience would be better otherwise I will go to another venue. The people here and any other Popeyes always have been good.

I went through the drive-thru and started giving my order everything I said was repeated and ask about several times. When it came up on the board I saw that it was still incorrect so I asked if she could change it and when I got home with my order it was still all wrong. I went back went inside waited in line for at least 10 minutes had to ask to please speak to someone. When I was finally helped I got home and it was still wrong was not happy at all.

The drive thru line was long so I waited 10 until I could order my food ..Then I ordered there 10 pk meal and ask them is it mixed they said yes. So I was happy until I got home and there were 1 thigh (which is my favorite part of chicken) 2 legs and the rest breast.. They could have told me they ran out instead of throwing anything in my box of chicken.. Then the chicken was dryer out.smh

Although the food taste like Popeyes normal delicious food the service is lack luster. The drive thru gets priority as the walk in customers were ignored to the point the couple in front grabbed a stool to sit down and the ultimately left. It took a few more minutes before anyone address the counter. If you do come here, drive thru is your best option.

Thanks to Paul for great customer service! Stayed after his shift had finished to ensure we received our order! Too bad his coworkers spent their time chiding him for staying late instead of getting order correct! I give Paul 5 stars for customer service. The restaurant gets 2 stars. Order was incorrect and took almost 40 minutes to complete.

We come here fairly regularly. This place is delicious sometimes, but other times the food is subpar and not fresh. Yesterday, we had cold shrimp and something was off about the side items. However, other days the food has been amazing, and I will definitely be back (and of course hope that I return on a good day!)

Being here for the first time was confusing if the chicken was fry or baked or something but when I ordered the chicken was great and so were the fries my only problem was the rice, the rice was...Dull other than that its a great place for chicken

Very slow service. They all individually get their orders aready. I was 5th in line and it took 35 minutes. Chicken was good. Green beans were plain. Just opened the can and served. I was dissapointed. Not going again.

Display said family meal was$22.99, wanted to charge $35. Would not explain the difference. Supervisor only said "sorry for inconvenience, total is $35". Very sorry/no service. Thus, drove away with no dinner.

Love Popeyes chicken! The service here is usually pretty quick, but they do have some days where it runs a bit slower. The dining room is always clean, and the staff is always courteous
