Ordered for the first time today. Saw all the reviews about horrible customer service, but I used their online ordering system, which was quick and easy and required no human interaction. Gives you the option to pay in advance with a credit card or use cash upon delivery. There are places on each menu item for special instructions as well as for the overall order. I indicated that my Singapore noodles should be extra extra spicy, the small broccoli with garlic sauce spicy, and that they include hot mustard for the egg roll. The food arrived in 29 minutes. They are only about 3 minutes away, but on a Saturday night at 8pm, thats pretty great time. The food was all very good for your standard quick Chinese restaurant, and it was all appropriately spicy. The 3 items plus delivery charge came to just under $16, and I threw in a $2 tip. Large portions. More than enough food for 2 people. Will order again.

They have no respect for the customers and try to trick us into eating food that is not what we ordered. On many occassions have ordered there and received food that is clearly not what I ordered--ordered chicken chow mein but they gave us some disgusting slop that had fish instead of chicken. and when we tried to get them to give us the right stuff they lied to our faces and refused to even look at what they had given us. The guy that takes orders now is really rude and uncourteous and needs to wash his hands. The food is only so-so. Most of the time it is just fried slop. There are better chinese takeout restuarants around like no 1 china or go to sang kee (REAL chinese food--epic, you need to go there and have their wanton noodles!!) Boycotting Shee Yuan forever.

General tzo was absolutely terrible. No flavors and tasted old. The sauce was runny and diluted. There werent any chicken but largely filled with batter. My guess is that they prepare whole lot of batch of these since you get a free pint of Tzo if you spend certain minimum amount.

Food is great. Service is pretty good. I don’t know what the others are complaining about with service. Never had a wrong order, normally greeted with a smile. Have eaten their food dozens of times. This is my go to chinese food around St. Joes campus.

My first time ordering it came up...some time later tried to give another chance and the food is just not good unfortunately the white rice is terrible fried rice not good i wont go near a tso afraid of shortcut

I order from here all the time, but I order online. I use grub hub to order so I dont have to speak to the very rude person who answers the phone. The food is good and they deliver very quickly.
