My ordered their breakfast Benedict dishes at the Mars location for brunch. We were very disappointed when the food came. They amount was very little for that price about $9.80 The corn bread was tasteless and dry and the pieces was really tiny.. was about 1 inch square. Almost like they ran out and were rationing....and one piece of cantelope about one-inch square... no kidding. The bacon smelled of old grease . The food was cold and not appetizing.. My daughter ordered the omelet and it came swimming in grease. I guessed they got the dishwasher to be the sou chef for Sunday brunch... Dont go there for their breakfast dishes... it was super disappointing...

I love this place. Im not a vegetarian, but always get their seitan wings or (for bunch) their Double Wide Benedict w/ veggie sausage. The roasted veggie appetizer is delicious and my husband gets everything from pulled pork to the coconut fish dishes. Beer selection is good, too, and the outdoor patio (at both locations) is dog-friendly. The Plum location is still relatively new and the service isnt as reliable as the South Side. That said, when weve had trouble they made it right. Just moved from the South Side to Cranberry, and with the new location I didnt have to give up going to this place.

Just need someone to recognise that Jen was the best thing that bar could have had and somehow you have let her go. She literally is the only bartender or server who WORKS without it being part of some hidden agenda only to wait on friends and other staff, which Danielle seems to be proficient at... There is a new girl/woman(tattoos, her name may be Chris??) who seems to be able to bartend and pay attention to all of the paying customers at the bar in a Jen like fashion which is promising. I hope you are able to keep her.

Good tap list but service and quality of food is what kills it. Since its opening, I have been optimistic about our visits but leave dissapointed every time. Servers are slow and lack the knowledge and skills of how to be an efficient servers. If you ask someone if theyd like a refill and someone elses beer is about 1/4 full, ask them too! But the good thing is that they have a variety of vegetarian and vegan options since there arent many options around this area.

Double wide grill has a varied menu, all of which is outstanding. Everything from burgers and wings to tremendous salmon and steak to brisket/ribs/pulled pork. Its all above average. What is especially impressive is their vegetarian menu. My wife is a vegetarian and its nice to go somewhere that has a dozen or more options for her. Theyre inventive, well-prepared, and delicious. Lastly, the beer selection is tremendous and the vibe and decorations are memorable.

Waitress was very nice and she kept coming back to ck on us. The food was very good and you got alot of it. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very welcome and comfortable had a lot of different things to look at and the restaurant and outside the restaurant it was very interesting. And they do have days where youre allowed to take your dog to the restaurant but outside the sitting area. I enjoyed having dinner there. very friendly place.

Average food, great ambience, male server with tattoos was extremely rude and he was not serving us but stood off to the side leering. Not a welcoming feeling from him, but my waitress was cool. The patrons were awesome, and friendly. He seemed so hostile, I wont be back because my children entered the play area and he went in after the gesturing like would hit them. Which puts me in a pickle, because I would need bail money if he actually did.

Theres no better vegan food in the area. That isnt necessarily a bold claim outside of a major city, but Double Wide offers a nice variety of good options. The Seitan meat substitute they use is tasty and they put it to especially good use in the gyros. But my favorite is the potato tacos, which dont even have fake meat. Stop in for a good selection of beer and mixed drinks, and make sure you get the Seitan wings to start.

I enjoy that they have a vegan and non vegan menu for all of your friends and family that refuse to eat one way or the other. The staff really cares and tries to make your experience as nice as possible. The reason I gave them 4/5 stars is that they have doors open to the outside seating area and it gets pretty chilly inside (if its cold outside) and the food isnt always that consistent. Its still good though!

this is by far the best BBQ in the area. we drive from rogers ohio to enjoy the food and service at the Double Wide Grill. Recently had Get er done combo ribs chicken and pulled pork all excellent. Tip get there early they sold out of Brisket by time I got there 9pm. Overall great atmosphere, get design, great service, great food best place to eat in area.

Local bar with a few locations. This one I visited is in a busy suburb. It is big bar with in indoor, outdoor seating. Lots of hard surfaces making it quite loud with even a small crowd. Appetizers are typical and fine. Happy hour discounts. Food is fine, nothing too adventurous or exciting. Pricing is a little high, but typical.

Service was good, but the food was bland. We ordered the Mac and cheese with chorizo and a griiled haloumi and cucumber sandwich. Chorizo is usually guaranteed to have lots of flavor, but this did not. The cheese sauce was unremarkable as well. The grilled haloumi was a little better than the pasta dish, but still lacked flavor.

Great menu especially for someone who eats a Vegan lifestyle like my wife. Good selection of beer and mixed drinks. I like the funky ambiance of trailers and vehicles. If you are looking for something different you should definitely check out this location. We like this one better than the location over in South Side.

The Double Wide Grill is a great place to go and grab a bite to eat. If you’re into craft beer there is a HUGE selection to choose from. We went on a Tuesday for the all you can eat rib deal and I must say it was worth every penny. The rib meat feel right off the bone and the bbq sauce was out of this world.

I like the selctions of beers on tap, however the bar tender lady was terribly rude and overcharged us( I feel on purpose) but I didnt have the heart or time to confront her and paid my bill anyways. Probably wont go back for awhile till they cycle the current staff out, or at least the disgruntled bartender.

I love this restaurant! Whenever Im in the area, I make sure I stop here at least once. The atmosphere is unique, and they offer a lot of vegan and vegetarian options that are wonderful. They also have a gluten-free menu for those interested in that option. This is definitely a place worth checking out.

The vegan BBQ wings were AMAZING, and so was the gyro. My husband loved his vegan tv dinner with, and even his non-vegan dad enjoyed the vegan chili. I definitely understand why Double Wide Grill was voted best vegan food in Pittsburgh for 2015. I wish I lived closer so I could come here more often!!
